The most appalling and unprofessional service I have ever used. SERIOUSLY trust me when I say that, this company is a scam and I guarantee the 5 star reviews are mostly faked. These people only are in it for your money and to scam you and they will send a cleaner who cannot speak English to your house. I sent away the girl as I could not communicate to her where the tools were and they charged me for no service. Not only that - the Whatsapp messages - continuous threats from the haggard, arrogant owner (this old, bitter woman thinks she is immune to the law) 'I'll see you in court'. Maria and her team did a fantastic job on my apartment! I'm 9 months pregnant and I wanted to have one more deep clean (that I couldn't do myself) and Maria and her team did it with a smile - The place was spotless - Our carpeted rooms were hovered and dusted, our bathrooms were sparkling - She even managed to get rid of black mould - The kitchen has never bee so clean. I'm very grateful!! :-)

Hired diamond shine for 3 medical practices in Dublin. Fantastic service! I cannot recommend diamond shine any more. If you want a reliable, professional and comprehensive service, you can’t go wrong with diamond shine. They accommodated every request we needed. The customer services is next none. I needed a very deep clean for my new apartment, I must say it was an incredible smooth experience. From the quote, were I could add or remove any service I needed. And even if we experienced some technical difficulties and delay on my side, the team was always professional, extremely kind and understanding. They worked very hard to provide a nice deep clean for my house and sanitize the carpet floor. I feel now much better to enter the new apartment as now is fresh and clean. Absolutely disgraceful company. Asked them to clean my entire house including all windows. They charged 1200 and only brought 4 people for less than a full day for a 4k sqft house. Left some windows destroyed and not even touched. Also I told them there were 6 bathrooms they only put 3 on the quote and then proceeded to clean the 3 tiny ones but not the 3 big ones. They do this intentionally as a trick. You describe the house in detail and then they send a really long digital quote and encourage you to confirm it rather than agreeing in the e-mail. It is a SCAM and I would stay well away. Also they insist you pay before they start. I would highly advise not doing this. Hidden in the quote is also that they want cash. As it is a scam they are presumably not paying taxes on these payments but they then charge an extra fee if you pay by card. Also it is terrible value. Even if they did an excellent job any independant cleaner would be less than half the price. EDIT: Owners response is a lie. We agreed the job spec by email with exact dimensions of the house and every single room. They changed it in the quote without changing the price and have given no apology or explanation for that. It is clearly a scam to catch people (everyone) who don't read terms and conditions because they like to trust ppl. I've suggested they give even half the cost of the job to charity. Their response will be telling. Can make your own decision but I'd very strongly advise to either use someone else or be very very careful. Agree very specific details beforehand. More...

Had discussed and subsequently booked a cleaning job for yesterday. On the strength of this I cancelled an independent cleaner trusting a recognized company instead. However Diamond subsequently could not fulfill the booking and I was left without a cleaner. Diamond, I'm happy to provide email correspondence if you're in any doubt as to the validity of this review Will you stop with the defamation claims, that you resort to whenever a negative review is posted. It's pathetic and weak minded. Do you know what constitutes defamation? I suggest you research it and consult a solicitor before accusing people of it. I also suggest you be absolutely sure of your legal footing before you start threatening people. I am happy to provide the emails I exchanged with Mike. I never claimed I had used your service. I never got that opportunity. To be explicit and clear, I discussed the service with Mike. He offered me a service at a price at a date and time. However he never mentioned this wasn't confirmed, he never suggested there would be an issue. That is my issue and the fact I was left without a cleaner. Feel free to contact Mike and we can discuss further via email or phone. We can also discuss a legal dispute and who potentially the plaintiff might be.
