Diamond Home Support

Diamond home support has been a god send! My elderly parents had been struggling and myself struggling to help due to work commitments and 3 children. Although I visit most weekends, I found that I was spending most of my time cleaning rather than enjoying the time with my parents, and the time was starting to become a chore. After months of trying I finally persuaded my parents to allow me to book them in with a cleaner. My parents where booked in with a lady called Pauline who is absolutely fantastic. They cannot believe what a great job she does each week. Nothing is too much trouble. She is reliable, friendly and thorough, it has made such a difference to all of us, I can now look forward to seeing my parents, knowing I can enjoy the time with them. After suffering so many let downs and no shows from independent cleaners in Liverpool I am very happy to see Diamond have done what they said they’d do.
