Diamond Event Center and Catering

I met with Kevin & Kelly yesterday & this morning, both individuals are very nice, professional & willing to help in any way. My finance & I booked with them and look forward to working with them throughout the next year for our upcoming wedding. I will update this with more information when we get to try the food. Having our wedding ceremony and reception at Diamond Event Center was an easy decision as I have attended several events here before. The ballrooms are beautiful before they are ever dressed in linens, lighting or decorations! The staff is easy to work with - they don’t say “no” to anything! Their Chapel seats 120 guests which was perfect for our size event. We upgraded to the Diamond Premiere Linens and the room and chapel looked amazing - everyone commented on the layout, linens and colors. We also used the house DJ (I love one stop shopping!) and they did an amazing job with all of our special dances, they even coordinated a slide show to play during the Father Daughter Dance. They also supplied the ceremony music and helped me determine the timing so I walked down the aisle at the exact time I wanted to during the song I chose. Seems like a small thing but it meant the world to me and was time and effort on their end! They played anything we asked for and the dancers had a blast. I literally received compliments on every morsel of food we choose - the house herb vinaigrette salad dressing was so light and tasty, the red skin potatoes were amazing, the beef was great and the house horseradish sauce served with it was the best ever tasted, but the pork chops by far got the most compliments - moist, tender, delicious, cut them with your fork good! Saturday we walked into a party and had the time of our lives - Diamond’s staff did the rest. And they did it efficiently and unobtrusively, you never knew they were there and the tables were cleared from dinner almost as quickly as dinner was served. This was a big plus for us because it left us with over 3 hours to dance and party with our guests. We also rented the up lighting and after dinner when the lights were dimmed and the walls were glowing in green light the “wows” from our guests started all over! Diamond Event is THE BEST!!!! They catered our family reunion that called for an old fashioned picnic in a rustic location and they out did themselves. Everything was excellent from the food, the staff, the timing - perfection. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our quirky requests and did so with smiles no less! We were able to relax, talk and visit with family and friends instead of preparing, cooking, serving food and cleaning up. They did it all! We will always call Diamond Event for our catering needs and never try to do it ourselves again. This is the way to go! We actually got to have a good time instead of running ourselves ragged! Thanks to everyone at Diamond Event! You are the best! (An important note: the price was very reasonable and less than we had anticipated. All of the food was in greater quantities than we had anticipated and was excellent! They do not skimp on quality nor quantity! Delicious and plenty of it!) More...

It's been a year, but better late than never! The Diamond Event Center is a WONDERFUL venue for any occasion. We had our wedding there last spring, and you couldn't ask for a more helpful group of people! The prices are incredibly reasonable and great for anyone on a budget like we were. The facilities are beautiful and the event planner even made some decorative touches to our tables to go with our color theme! Flawless ceremony and reception and as low stress as it could be. Can I just say how amazing Kelly is? A huge thanks to her. I met with her twice so far and she was just wonderful and so helpful each time. She answered all of my questions (there were a ton). She was very welcoming of my family planners I brought along as well and answered all of thier inquiries. Other places I've visited were not so accomodating. My fiance and I just booked. I cant wait to see what the next year holds as we get closer and closer to our wedding day. More...

Just had my events here last night! I wouldn't have changed a thing. The staff was excellent they worked with everything I had asked for. Even though I couldn't eat much being so nervous I did manage to get a couple bites in and the food was delicious! My guests were raving about the lights and food. The dj was excellent even though most of my guests didn't come out on the dance floor I did and it was so much fun!
Kevin and Staff, thank you so much for helping make my dreams come true you are great place and I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

What an amazing time my friends, family, and most importantly -- my husband and I -- had at Diamond this past weekend. So many compliments on the food (mashed potato bar was the biggest hit), the decor, the layout, the staff, and the location. Kevin, Kelly, Michelle, and the rest of the staff were AMAZING. Kelly was especially accommodating during the planning process as I was a particularly opinionated bride when it came to making decisions ;-) She rolled with the punches with me at every step. On the day-of, staff were extremely attentive - at one point I said I felt like they were hiding behind me at all times predicting my next move to make sure things went smoothly. I missed out on a topping for my potatoes and before I even made it to my table, there was a tiny dish of it waiting for me! It's little things like that that made my day AMAZING! I just had my wedding reception at their venue on October 7, 2017 and I am so happy with how things turned out! I worked with Kelly and Kevin to plan my event and they were more than helpful answering any questions I had, setting up samples of food for us to try, providing several extras that were requested and really going above and beyond! The process was very easy with them and they really put me at ease during a stressful time! Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and we had a great time! I would also like to share a special thanks from my mother....she had several great things to say about the ladies that worked the event and also helped with clean up at the end of the night! Thank you all so much for playing a huge part in what was the best day of our lives!! We highly recommend them if you are looking for a venue for your reception or any other event! More...

We had my daughter's baby shower brunch at the Diamond Event Center in the Princess Room. The room is beautiful and perfect for a shower. Could not have been happier with the food and the service. They are so accommodating !! I would recommend this venue to everyone. We worked with Kelley. She is great, has so many suggestions. Everyone was so impressed. We received many compliments on how good the food was and how big the portions were!! Best broccoli quiche ever!! More...
