Diamond Driveways recently took on a very complicated project at the back of our property, removing layers of existing decking and building us the most fantastic patio, balcony and beautiful steps from our house to the patio and then the patio to the grass. The quality of the work is outstanding and the workmen who we came into contact with were incredibly hard working, respectful and had excellent attention to detail. Just have just had our driveway replaced with a resin drive. From our first contact with Steven Lewis we knew we would get a good job. If fact we had an excellent job. The workmen were clean and the work was superb. They left the job each day clean and tidy. They were polite and consulted us all the way. Steven helped us when we wanted a colour not in their range, but is now. If you are thinking of having yours done you won’t be disappointed. Oh and you get a honey cake. I can't say enough good things about Diamond. Let's start with Steve, their Director. While other people who gave quotes were fairly disinterested and went through the motions, Steve was attentive and knowledgeable. He is also incredibly personable, goes the extra mile as well as passionate about his work and what the company does. We were also supplied with lots of references which we were free to go and look at. Ultimately, the proof is in the quality of workmanship which is superb. Our gardener has independently said that it's the highest quality workmanship he has ever seen on a driveway. The team worked hard and we're thrilled on all levels at the Diamond quality and service. we have been wanting to do our drive for a very long time but were not convinced either by any of the people who quoted us or any of the work we saw locally. That was until Diamond Services Group did a drive for one of our neighbours - they were organised, fast, solid working and a fantastic final drive - so good we decided to copy it.
Paul came to our home - discussed all the options to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted - and the best bit - the price was right for us !!!
his team turned up punctually everyday, were polite, worked really hard, kept everything as tidy as possible bearing in mind all the old concrete had to be dug up and taken away - and when we threw a spanner into the works and told them they needed to finish a day earlier than we originally discussed they simply said ok, and doubled the team on the last day to get it done in time. No fuss, no argument - just over and above helpful attitude to accommodate our need.
Totally thrilled with the finished drive and the fact that my husband and i don't have to play musical cars every day :)

Our driveway and front steps have been completed to an excellent standard, with efficiency and fantastic customer service. Steven is passionate about driveways and getting the work completed to a very high standard. He is a good communicator and if there was something that needed adjusting, Steven was on it until we were happy. So many people have commented on what an amazing job Diamond Services did. We had chats with other companies but Steven made us feel confident. John and his team worked super fast to complete our drive in 5 days with minimal disruption (which given the large amount of earth that needed to be shifted was incredibly impressive). Steven came along last year (I happen to come across Diamond Services via the search engine)......Let's just say I'm so glad I did! The work was completed 25th February 2017. This included my garden fence and front driveway. Only took a couple of days to finish once started. The team are so lovely they literally worked the entire time and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. I wasn't even here when the front driveway was completed. It looks just perfect. I was given reassurance throughout. They are a respectable bunch of guys and I could just leave them to it. They are highly recommended and I plan to use them in my next property.
