We have just had an end of tenancy clean completed by Dial A Cleaner who were fantastic throughout.
They were willing to accommodate an 8:30am start to ensure that we were not late for work when meeting them to gain entry to the property.
They were on time and very friendly. They provided excellent customer service throughout and before the clean they even provided us with tips to prepare the property if we wished to do so which worked great to remove marks from our bath. The end result of the clean was great and we received our full deposit back due to the excellent service.
On top of all that their quotation was the cheapest of all other cleaning companies we researched - Excellent value for money.

On the whole very disappointing. 2 attempts to do a house visit so that we could interview the business and the cleaner who would be doing the cleaning, and on both occasions they cancelled.
The first cancellation being down to the actual cleaner herself, the second down to the manager/owner.
When they initially contacted me they quoted me 2 hours a week to clean, over the phone and without seeing the house, or having any understanding of what we required other than the few details given within the job description. The lady calling was new to the business, however she was speaking to the manager/owner who didn't seem to understand that we would like to meet the cleaner and do an interview, as it is our home that requires the cleaner. House cleaning is very personal and you have to trust the person implicitly, I felt it odd that I should need to explain this.
I have since found another company to handle my cleaning and I hope that I have found the right one. Safe to say that the Dial A Cleaner Agency did not inspire confidence.

How long have you been in business?
We have been running our cleaning business since November 2006. We have been on it for the last 11 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We supply temporary cleaners to do:
(1) regular or one-ff domestic cleaning and/or ironing,
(2) regular or one-off commercial cleaning in small to medium premises.
Keep in mind that customers are expected to stock up on cleaning detergents, mop and bucket and a working hoover.
We recommend to customers to have the following cleaning supplies at home:
.1 vacuum cleaner and 1 mop
.4 cleaning cloths
.1 feather duster
.1 scratch-free sponge
.toilet cleaner
.limescale cleaner
.all-purpose cleaner
.fat solvent / degreaser
Further cleaning supplies are required for additional cleaning services:
.Interior window cleaning: glass cleaner (if you want your cleaner to clean interior windows)
.Oven cleaning: oven cleaner, sponge (if you want your cleaner to clean oven)

What inspired you to start your own business?
When I realised that it takes a long time to engage a cleaner. I thought i should come up with a hassle-free ways of connecting cleaners and customers.The process in those days was cumbersome and time-consuming.
