Went there to collect a parcel, changed location few years ago. The site is bigger and plenty of parking also the office inside is bigger and there are lockers there I'd you decide for your parcel to be left in the lockers. Staff are always friendly and helpful AND fruit, snacks and warm drinks are made available to customers. I don't think I've ever experienced better customer service (and I'm not paid by DHL!).

Efficient service at the counter, but wrong phone number was listed on the delivery card (not the fault of the Hemel team obviously). 4 stars because parking was a real issue, do not know if this is because staff and delivery drivers are using the area or that it was a particularly busy Wednesday?Had to reverse out in any case, as there was no turning room and kerbs and gates made this quite difficult. Was asked to wait for a couple of minutes and the seating area was also clean and comfortable and also had some reading material. More...
