I have been using thryv full time for over a year, this is a company that really cares about their customers. I first heard of a CRM from one of their reps at a local networking event. After doing research on the competition I saw they offered more services/tools for a cheaper price. It really takes a good hour or more to understand just how many tools come in the thryv package. I was using PayPal venmo and just cash before now with thryvs payment processor I can bill people straight through my email to them.One of the biggest deciding factors was their headquarters being local. They do mixers where it's free food and drinks one a month as well as many other neat functions.Since I started using thryv it has been updated and expanded quite a bit, new features payment processors ECT I personally have seen my suggestions come to end use application. I run 3D Print Everything and Thryv has been one of the main reasons my business has grown and thrived!I'm a small business that works from home and a CRM/Payment processor and marketing tool is exactly what I needed to organize my clients, payments and a website. They have amazing customer service through chat, text, email, phone and in person. I love using the thryv app. Honestly it's so many tools in one it saves a lot of time for small business owners of your using 2-3 different payment processors or have a large email list. Where do you keep your clients? Do you have a website yet? Can you clients pay online with a credit card?Do you have anything that auto emails clients over time of no contact, on holidays or for promotion's?These are just some of the tools I use with the thryv software! I am super happy with my experience with thryv from the boss who runs thryv who I personally for to meet to the kind security guards that litterally picked up a broken glass by hand that I dropped.This culture here is all based around helping people and doing the right thing. The best CRM on the market. No other company offer more tools for a cheaper package!!!.Best customer service, growth rate, and support I have seen from any company. The things that thryv does have helped me save so much time. I knew going into this it would trail run, I wanted to make sure this software would pay for it self and oh man has it. This software just from gifts alone from the company has paid for self x3 over.Not to mention how many more clients I can handle and do.
