Q&As

A great user experience for the end-user. A website should follow the current trends of the design industry, as well as becoming a utilitarian experience for the user to find or discover what they are there for. If they have to do too much thinking or put too much effort into using the website, the website is not succeeding to its best potential.

First off, we like to hear the story of the client or business that we prospectively may work for. We understand the design world, but they understand their passion and business, leading us to not become a design vendor, but a creative partner.

When beginning a project we like to have a key list of deliverables to define the scope. If it's a website, we identify the pages needed in the final experience. If it is a brand development, we understand the industry the logo will be used in, and the mediums it will be presented on. We also build style guidelines around the aesthetic of the logo to give a complete identity to the brand. If it is a marketing campaign, we understand the parameters of the campaign, which collateral is to be sent and towards what market strategies.

Projects are far and wide in variation, but we are a transparent company and love to talk. Through great communication, we have always found ourselves succeeding in the relationships we have with our clients.

The biggest payoff to why we do what we do is watching something come to life in a positive way. Watching our clients succeed. Sure, revenue is important, but if our final deliverables aren't cutting edge and creating adequate disruption against their competitors, then we haven't done our job completely.

Beginning this design business was built on the belief that clients not only have needs, but they also need to be heard. I spent many years working in large agencies where ego often took the presence of projects. That is not what this business is about. Sure, we will speak up regarding the best recommendations for the design, but we also don't know everything about your business. Sitting back and listening is always the better path to a successful relationship with our clients.

We're good at design. But we're better at our relationships. We make ourselves available by phone around your schedule. You get to work directly with the creative talent rather than going through account management. And we are trustworthy. You are our main concern, and doing the absolute best job for your project or business is the only reason we are able to stay in business.
