Dean and Bryn did a very professional job with a stump grinding this morning. They were very friendly and approachable, and very thorough checking what what was needed. They took care to protect nearby shrubs and worked safely. The stump was removed completely and they checked we were satisfied they had completed the job. The site was cleared up well. Great service from DTG Trees and Grounds. Used checkatrade to find them and found that they came with good reviews. From the moment I made contacted, there was a swift response to my enquiry. Giuseppe came out, visited, checked I was not in a TPO area and then gave the benefit of his advice as to what to do with my tree. Extremely competitive quote given. Used this company having read such good reviews. They proved to be superb. Turned up on a difficult wet and windy day and carried out an excellent job. Watching them was pure entertainment observing their skill, care and dexterity. I can thoroughly recommend this company. Great end to end experience. Initially prompt, efficient quotation from Giuseppe with follow up confirmation and follow through on booking dates. The work then carried out by Bryn and two colleagues, all of whom worked very hard to complete the statement of work covering hedging, tree maintenance, shrub renovations and other work to restore core structure of the garden. I recently had the pleasure of working with DTG company, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with their services. From the moment I reached out to them for a quote, their responsiveness was remarkable. They promptly got back to me, and within a few days, they were at my property to address a potentially hazardous situation. The tree in question was in a precarious condition, and I had concerns about its ability to withstand the upcoming winter. What truly impressed me was their efficiency in handling the task. They managed to safely cut down the tree in just 45 minutes, which was astonishing. It's evident that they are well-equipped and experienced in their field. Overall, I can't thank DTG enough for their excellent service. They not only addressed my urgent tree removal needs but did so with speed and expertise.
