I cannot recommend B Lazy 2 Ranch enough! The owners, Janet and Wendy, were fantastic to work with every step of the way. When looking for a venue I wanted one that was “so pretty it decorated itself” and the B Lazy 2 Ranch delivered . All of our guests loved the mountain views and golden aspens too. The historic barn was a great set up for the bar and on top of it, Janet and Wendy have thoughtfully decorated the space and even have a collection of décor they offered up for us to use, which saved us a ton of money on all those random items you’ll only use once. I cannot recommend detailsdetails enough! Mariah is amazing. She was my "day of" wedding coordinator and wow did I get so much more support than just on the day of. Want to make sure your day is structured, coordinated, and all vendors and your wedding party know exactly where to be and when? Hire Mariah. Have an overbearing family member that you need a buffer for? Mariah's got you. Want someone watching your guests and will cut people off from the bar that are being sloppy and obnoxious? Mariah will do it. Want someone backing you up when one of your vendors screws you over? Hire Mariah. Want someone you can turn to when something stressful happens on your wedding day? You've got Mariah. In the weeks leading up to the wedding she met with me several times, got a timeline down, offered suggestions and advice, and even ran my rehearsal. As well as just checking in with me to see how I was doing and what she could help with. It's been one month since my wedding and we are still in touch, and she is helping me navigate a very rough situation with a vendor. Detailsdetails was by far the biggest asset to my wedding day. I took a quiz on Wedfuly ( online wedding planning site) to pair me with my day of coordinator and automatically got matched with Mariah. I was very impressed with her fun but organized personality, her quick responsiveness and her creative ideas. I felt like our time together leading up to the wedding went so smoothly, Mariah asked all the questions I didn't think to and had the day planned perfectly. And when the wedding day finally arrived, I saw the vision we had together wonderfully executed. If there were any wrinkles, I didn't even notice. We got married on 7/13/19 - we hired Mariah as a day-of-coordinator. We had more than our fair share of things that went awry but, we were able to continue celebrating knowing Mariah had our back :)

She is super friendly, responsive, supportive. We ran into an issue with our DJ (they sent a replacement person as opposed to the person we hired) who didn't even have the right play list - she was on the ball making sure things got back in order.

She and her assistant helped us with the set up - they helped trouble shoot the crazy torrential downpours that came out of nowhere during an outdoor wedding.

Having Mariah there definitely let me be more "present" for our day and hang out with our guests as opposed to trying to fix the issues myself.

Honestly, having someone who knows the business and can be your contact for last minute changes/complications is TOTALLY worth it so you can sit back and enjoy your day.

Mariah was very easy to work with from the very beginning! We wanted our wedding to be easy, fun, and unconventionally relaxed and Mariah was fully supportive and helpful in our unique ideas. Mariah was a huge help both during the planning process, and day-of! She was responsive and on top of things from the very beginning, giving us peace of mind knowing that no detail would be overlooked. My fiancé, who is beyond type-A, was pretty particular about certain things, had lots of details that he wanted handled in a specific way, minute by minute timelines, etc. Mariah took notes on everything and addressed all of his concerns before he could even begin to stress. She handled our rehearsal with ease, met with our officiant (who was a friend) to ensure he was prepared and that our ceremony would flow, and arrived early day of to help our other vendors set up. Throughout the evening, anything we needed-- from my groom's suit coat for sunset photos, to another glass of champagne for my party animal mother-- Mariah was there. From the moment my wife and I had our initial consult with Mariah, we knew she was the one who would make our wedding dreams come true. She is extremely experienced, professional, knowledgable on all things wedding, LGBTQAI+ friendly, and just a genuinely cool person. Her pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other coordinators we contacted, and I must say, it was money well spent! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but she worked with us throughout the entire process. I sent her many e-mails over the course of 6+ months leading up the wedding, and she was so responsive and helpful. Mariah was always willing to guide is through the many details involved in planning a wedding, from obtaining a marriage license to coordinating with vendors and everything in between. Early in our engagement one piece of advice that kept coming from our friends was Hire a Wedding Coordinator. We did some quick research, discovered Mariah, and she seemed to fit our exact needs on paper. We set up a meet and greet, and immediately knew she was the one for us! Mariah stayed in constant contact with us, went over contracts, made sure we had everything we needed to keep the levels of stress manageable. Mariah was the best money we spent on our wedding - no question. We weren't going to get a planner, but decided about 2 months out that we need a day-of coordinator. I am SO happy we found Mariah, I don't know what we would have done without her. She made my vision come to life and took care of all the details so I was stress free the day of the wedding. Unbelievable Venue and even better owners. We loved every minute of our time at the Ranch. Our guests still rave about the day and that can be clearly examined by the amount of profile pictures that were from our wedding. Heck, even most of the Christmas cards we received had pictures that were taken at the Ranch. Janet and Wendy are more than accommadating and we knew within 5 minutes of our initial meeting that the ranch was the place we wanted to exchange our vows. Having Mairah there to support our wedding day was hands down one of the best decisions we made throughout the entire planning process… I would almost say it tied with deciding to marry my husband. She was not only incredibly easy to work with but also so much fun. She had a great vision for the space and made our nontraditional surprise wedding celebration everything we could have ever hoped for. There were a lot of little details that had to line up perfectly in order to keep the surprise element of the day for all of our guests, Mariah handled everything with ease. Mariah from detailsdetails is amazing!! She served as the "month of" coordinator for our November wedding in Denver.


She is incredibly diligent, detail oriented (note the name of her business - it fits!), and a great people person. Her sense of humor and easygoing personality make her a joy to work with, but make no mistake that easygoing personality does not mean she will stand down from her number one priority: having your day go beautifully and exactly how you'd like it.

We met Mariah at a bridal show and over the next 9-10 months leading up to our wedding she would check in via email occasionally and offered up awesome advice when I asked, so we really got far better than 'month of' service at a rate that was more competitive than the other month of service I got a quote from. While my husband and I did the full scope of wedding planning ourselves minus Mariah's services, she would still think of all these little things we never would have thought of. We had a church ceremony in Denver with a reception off site, and she juggled set up simultaneously at both places (somehow) with poise; we had no hitches at all. I felt so much better through the wedding planning process knowing I had an expert on my side who was so diligent, had so much experience at our reception venue and working with the other vendors, and who I could trust wholeheartedly with the details of our special day.

She provided us with an abundance of options based on her experiences including: vendors she recommended, layout options, day of coordination, delegation of duties, plans and checklists leading up to the big day, and honestly the list could go on. She even gave us some insight to planning our honeymoon based on some of her trips. We couldn't have asked for a better company to plan our wedding. B Lazy 2 Ranch offered my husband and I the venue of our dreams, we could not have found a better location. I knew from the moment we parked our car that this was the spot we were searching for and talking to Janet and Wendy just reinforced our excitement. They rent out the venue and otherwise offer an a la carte style for extras which means that you only pay for what you need. We were on the fence about using the groom's cabin, bridal suite and their decor. In the end, we were not required to use them and it really saved us some money. They were flexible on their requirements and even allowed us to bring in our own caterer from Denver. They recommended a live band that totally blew us away, Hunker Down. They accommodated our request for a walk through that I wanted to put together at the last minute with my day of coordinator without any hesitation. At the walk through they answered all of my questions. They both gave us awesome recommendations for rehearsal dinner food and an post wedding bar. Janet and Wendy are just so easy to work with and put me completely at ease. Not to mention, the property is absolutely stunning with so many different areas to take amazing photos. My family and friends could not stop talking about how breathtaking our wedding was and how much they enjoyed themselves. Janet and Wendy have a little piece of heaven on earth. Our daughter was married and had her reception at the ranch and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the ceremony arch and log benches, to the barn to the reception tent, you couldn't ask for a better venue. It has all the perfect vistas for photography as well. This place was absolutely lovely, and while I know the couple did their wedding on a budget, I have been telling all of my clients, a person could NOT TELL! !! We searched high and low for the perfect mountain wedding venue, and B Lazy 2 Ranch was it, hands down! The perfect combination of beautiful views, accessibility, flexibility, and all around good feels. The ranch is 1.5hours from Denver and the airport, which made it close enough for out of town guests (who thoroughly enjoyed driving over Berthoud pass to get there). Aside from the breathtaking views that the Fraser valley offers, the ranch itself is maintained beautifully and with such attention to detail. The owners of the ranch, Janet and Wendy, are amazing to work with and have a great eye for design, as shown in the way the ranch comes together. The versatility to host both large/more elaborate weddings as well as smaller/more intimimate gatherings is truly unique to this ranch. They were incredibly flexible in letting us set up the way we wanted, which was a huge factor for us. And to boot, they are one of the most affordabe venues in the area. We couldn't have found a better spot for our mountain wedding reception. Our goal for the reception was to throw the best backyard BBQ ever, and Janet and Wendy at B Lazy 2 made that easy.

Not only is their location naturally beautiful, but they provide a very nice event tent, tables and chairs, an adorably decorated barn, tons of flowers in summer, and lots of ways for guests to relax and have fun (think yard games and Adirondack chairs). It's like a one-stop shop for putting together a great reception.

(Plus, unlike a lot of ranch sites, B Lazy 2's location is really convenient - just off the highway, though you'd never know it once you're on site.)

Another huge bonus at B Lazy 2 - complete flexibility when it comes to catering and alcohol. (The only requirement is that your alcohol is served by TIPS-certified bartenders.) Not only did that save us a ton of money, but it meant that we got to serve *exactly* the food we wanted, the way we wanted.

Janet and Wendy were incredibly helpful to us throughout our planning and accommodating to our vendors and family members throughout the wedding weekend. They made us feel like friends or family, not just customers.

In the end, our reception was everything we hoped it would be - beautiful, easy, relaxed, and genuinely fun. We feel incredibly lucky that we found B Lazy 2!

We were on a budget and she came up with creative ideas to meet our vision of what we wanted our wedding to be. First off, my husband and I highly recommend Mariah if you want a worry free, unforgettable wedding. She came to us with great ideas for wedding venues, meal plans and music entertainment. As you may know there are many balls in the air when planning a wedding. Mariah’s attention to detail assured that nothing was dropped nor missed. Her negotiation skills were invaluable to stay in our budget.

A quick story, during the wedding there was a hitch regarding guest transportation to and from the wedding site. We had no idea of this problem the day of the wedding. Mariah was able to line up an alternative and we knew no different.

We can’t thank her enough for the job she did. She was just amazing.

We want to end with one last commit, the best part of Mariah is she is extremely fun, enthusiastic and extremely passionate in what she does. You will not be disappointed!

All I can say is that I couldn't have pulled off the perfect wedding without Mariah's help. I feel so lucky to have found her.

Despite being a detail-oriented bride, when Mariah would check in on me throughout my year of planning, she would often ask about things I hadn't even thought about. If she wasn't there by my side throughout planning, I would have surely forgot about things like... song lists, cake knives... oh my gosh.

As the big day approached, she was in constant communication with me about timelines, plans a, b, and c, decorations, and most importantly - plans for day of.

The day of is where Mariah truly, truly shined. She arrived to our house early, grabbed everything we needed, and I didn't hear a peep from her all day -- and I had no doubt that I was in good hands. When I walked into my venue for the first time, my jaw dropped; Mariah got my vision and then some. Everything was more perfect than I could have imagined. She transformed an outside park pavilion to a beautiful wedding venue within a few hours -- I honestly couldn't have imagined a more beautiful venue and her work is apparent through my beautiful wedding photos.

Throughout the night, she handled food, cupcakes, florist, photographers, pouring the shots for the toast, making sure i had wine in my glass all night, ensuring beer was cold, managing our crazy families, making sure our leftovers were packaged, and cleaning up so we didn't have to. And then, the next morning, she ran a 5k. Need I say more?

On August 8 was one of the happiest days of my life. My boyfriend of four years had finally asked the big question. Though this is a really exciting year that I was about to embark on, it is also a year they had a lot of questions and a lot of expenses. Luckily for me I knew Mariah! Mariah is one of those straight shooting people. Tells you how it is, she tells you what it should be and she lets you make your own. I am extremely lucky to have had Mariah on my side. An instance of her helping with the wedding planning was looking over all my contracts. In one of my contracts it had stated that the place that we were having our reception would cleanup afterwords. But the lady that I was scheduling with was insistent that we should pay an additional $75 to clean up after the night was over. I was confused and did not want to pay this fee. Instantly emailing it over to Mariah she was able to point out and then helped me through the negotiations with our reception area. Mariah was also a confidante through some very family stressful moments. From dysfunctional bridesmaids to inebriated family, Mariah took care of it all. I didn't have a worry on my special day. That's a tough one as there are so many aspects I love about what I do! On the wedding day, it's seeing those heart stopping moments when the couple sees each other for the first time. Or, trying not to cry when they read their vows to each other. I love how so many of the couples I've worked with are now friends - people who I play trivia with, or go hiking and out to dinner with. I truly think I have the best "job" out there!

Do you have that one friend in your group that you rely on for planning all your get-togethers, holiday parties, social or work gatherings? Yeah, that was me growing up. I am an organizational freak and get WAY too excited when back-to-school supplies come rolling out at Target!

This popular package is ideal for the couple that has designed their wedding and now wants to enjoy their special day instead of running it. We’ll start as soon as the formalities are out the way (contract signed/deposit paid). That means, I’m here to help you even if your wedding is a year out! From vendor management, timeline creation and floor plan layout; we’ll use your vision and guidelines to create the wedding day you want! We coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony and reception too. SERVICES INCLUDED Before the Wedding: ▪ Initial consultation to see if mutual fit (1 hour) ▪ Professional advice and guidance via email and phone ▪ One in-person meeting prior to wedding date (up to 2 hours) ▪ Attend final walk through at venue (1 hour) ▪ Provide vendor recommendations if needed ▪ Provide marriage license information ▪ Review signed contracts with venue and vendors ▪ Create timeline for wedding party and detailed schedule for vendors ▪ Confirm vendor orders, quantities delivered and rented ▪ Coordinate arrival times with vendors for wedding day ▪ Conduct or assist with rehearsal (1 hour) * *Due to the availability of Planner as Events typically occur during the weekends, rehearsals are scheduled between 9am-4pm, Monday through Thursday. We will try to accommodate your date and time preference as best as possible. With partial planning, this is more for when you need help filling in the gaps of certain vendors - be it a venue, caterer, photographer, etc. We'd meet and develop a divide and conquer strategy to understand what planning you've already done and where you are looking for guidance/help. I then create and pinpoint a checklist with done by dates, associated budget breakdown and check-in meetings along with other things for us so we stay on task. This package of course also includes our wedding management services.

With full planning, you describe your vision, needs, wants, dislikes and budget and I source the team to make it come to life. So essentially, this is us learning what you are looking for in your wedding day and finding the vendors to make it happen. From the perfect venue, to your DJ, if you want a food truck or a traditional caterer, mini ice-cream sandwiches to cupcakes or doughnuts for dessert, we can make it so! Also included is hotel accommodation and wedding management services.
