What makes a great website?
A great website is one that has a well considered customer journey and is a true representation of your brand. Not just looking pretty, it needs to be effective and encourages the visitor to look further and engage with your business.
Also from a SEO and accessibility perspective, it needs to be set up with well with relevant tags and images labels for Google.

Understanding our client's business objectives is key. What does project success look like? We've helped many clients successfully grow their business through effective design and visual communication. Great well thought out design can make a fundamental difference to your business. We are a friendly team too :-)
Describe your creative process.
We like to meet face to face if we can - we are people people. However, we have also worked with International Clients, that we only see virtually too.
Once we have a full understanding of the project and objectives, we would give a quotation, explaining the process and each stage.
When working on brand we are not an agency that comes back with 'choices'. We are professionals at what we do and that is why a client would come to us to help them with brand and design. We will listen, research, think and create then guide you through the transformative journey of how our work will enhance and differentiate your brand.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A conversation to understand and find out more. From there we can explain the process and give a quotation to produce the work.

We offer virtual meetings if preferred. Although for initial contact we like to meet face to face if we can.
