The Destin Wedding Company went above and beyond for my beach wedding on September 14th. All my guests raved on how spectacular it was. I was really nervous about doing a destination wedding at first but Susan and Billy made us feel like family. The day of planning was so thorough all of my details and plans in one day, great for a procrastinator like me! They cared about the details just as much as we did. We met the most amazing hard working couple you would ever find in Destin to plan your wedding. They were on top of every detail, they went above and beyond of our requests and our expectations. Everything included in their package, lighting, the cake, beach ceremony with a beautiful harbor, table decorations, catering, etc was absolutely amazing. We changed our mind a few times and Susan was always super flexible and accommodating with special requests. They are both accesible and easy to communicate with. The wedding planner that helped us was also on top of every detail the day before and the day of our wedding. I would recommend this company without a doubt in my mind. Going into the beginning stages of our wedding we were concerned because we didn't know a whole lot about Destin and what to expect! Now that it is over I look back and am amazed at all of the splendor and decor that we are ourselves would never have thought of! The Destin Wedding Company supplied all of the centerpieces the linens, the tables chairs silverware and China and anything and everything associated with our special day! A ton of credit goes to the DJ Jeff who was amazing acting as the Master of Ceremonies at the reception. When there were warnings of inclement weather before our special day , we became worried that our special day would be ruined! The Destin Wedding Company arranged for a rain back up which put our minds all to ease ! The good news was that the clouds went away and we had the most incredible day of our lives. Our bride and groom had a home off the ocean. At the last minute we needed transportation to get our bridal party to the ocean because our shuttle service was late! The Destin Wedding Company used their new 150 ford pick-ups to take us back and forth as if they were a professional company providing transportation! That was just the beginning ! Their food was unbelievable with a staff member carving roast beef under a heat lamp which was awesome !!!! The first dance was highlighted by a lighting package over the pool area that looked like stars ⭐️ in the sky ! Our wedding and reception on Saturday was an unbelievable experience ending with the Sparkler exit under lights with the final good bye at the end of the evening to our friends and family . I attended a wedding in Miramar beach last week and it was more than what I expected. The view and the service was incredible. The wedding coordination was perfectly timed for all events. The bride said they flew her to DESTIN 12 months in advance for a day of planning and a tour of the home allowing her to see the home she had rented! Came down to Destin for a friend’s wedding that we were in. They accommodated us all with a great rehearsal dinner (shrimp boil, yum! ). The morning of the wedding they set up tents and chairs for the groomsmen to chill by the beach. Even hired a lifeguard to stand watch and keep bystanders out of the way for the wedding! Susan and Billy with Destin Wedding Company (DWC) did an amazing job for my son’s wedding on June 8th, 2019. They were very professional. They delivered on everything they said and even went beyond. The fact that they flew the bride (my son also went) down for a day of planning took all the pressure off. The wedding was on the beach and had the reception was at the SunDestin Resort ballroom. DWC draped the room and it was stunning. The weather didn’t look like it was going to cooperate with a beach wedding, but Susan kept assuring me it would work out, and it did. Just as the bride walked out the sun came out, we had a few sprinkles and there was a rainbow. The food was amazing, the cake was so moist and beautiful, the DJ and bartender were exceptional, as was the wedding planner, Christina. I would highly recommend DWC for any wedding.
