HER 3 WORDS….

With all the planning one can do, there is certainly (almost always) something that will go awry. My husband and I planned our daughter’s wedding for a year. All details finely articulated, yet our florist (or who we thought was our florist) went ghost 5 months prior to our daughter’s wedding. We pushed forward thinking he would eventually respond to our messages, particularly since he was recommended as a “preferred” vendor. Soon enough, I feared that he had taken ill, as he was not responding and not visible on any social media platform.

Fast forward to 2 weeks prior to the wedding, we had been steadily searching for a vendor, yet with a wedding during the Labor Day holiday weekend, we were at a loss. We even considered taking a “crash course” in floral design since we were now in trouble.

I searched online and found Designs By TTOC Floral and Décor. I read the reviews and sheepishly called to ask for help. When I couldn’t even get folks to respond at other companies, Ms. Antoinette Smith Jones, personally picked up the phone. After about a minute into my explanation, Ms. Smith Jones, said “I’ve got you”. Those three words brought a wave of relief over my heart and mind. She consulted with me about our specific needs, was willing to make small changes to stay within our budget, offered a timely proposal, and arrived early to our venue with the MOST LOVELY Bouquets & Floral arrangements we could ask for. Although our floral needs were relatively modest, in comparison to other events and weddings, I was treated as though I was a distinct priority.

Ms. Antoinette Smith Jones is a true professional. She listens, she is a woman of her word, and she executes. I would, without hesitation recommend her services for your next upcoming event.

If you are looking for a florist, search no more because Ms. Toni is amazing!!! Ms. Toni and her team were a pleasure to work with. I was so tired of contacting other florists and I would never get a call back, but when I called Ms. Toni, she answered the phone right away and was so sweet and informative! I never had any communication issues with her, she was easy to get a hold of and would respond in a very reasonable amount of time. The centerpieces and my bouquet were perfect. She was also very punctual, my bouquet was delivered right at noon when she said it would. Tony and her team was AMAZING! I had gone to other florist to get quotes and I was so disappointed. I went to a bridal show with my sister and saw the mock arrangements she had created as well as all the bouquets the models were holding. I contacted Tony afraid that I was not going to be able to afford it. Flowers and décor was extremely important to us so we made it happen! She was so accommodating and worked with us to find a set of flowers and decorations that fit our budget but still was what we envisioned. Tony was extremely responsive and as a worried bride, I felt that just by being able to text her personal phone, I had always a way to contact her. She was so comforting and gave us advise or vendors we could go to.

Fast forward to our wedding day. WOW. Everything looked amazing! We were blown away by how beautiful the arrangements and décor was. TTOC Floral and Decor was the perfect choice for our wedding. Not only were our flowers beautiful, the pricing was amazing. The staff was there the entire day of our wedding to set up and break down. I did not have to worry about anything at all. I even forgot that I needed several corsages and panicked two days before the wedding. When I think about my wedding on 4.2.16 and I remember how extremely beautiful it was, I think about Mrs. Toni and how appreciative I am for her making my dream come to reality. I'm not a planner, I hate decorating. I'm simplistic, classic and indecisive. When choosing a florist, it was important to he and I that he/she will be able to understand our style. Mrs. Toni listened and always asked questions so she can have an idea about our vision. She was always honest, even when I wanted something that was not realistic.
