Q&As

Simplicity and ease of use. Not overly fussy with too much information on the homepage. There is good design and bad design. We will advise the client of what is best and discuss with the them what they want to achieve.

We always will meet up with the client and go into the details of the project. We want to know what they want to achieve.

It depends on the project. With a logo design, we produce up to three designs over a two week period and then meet with the client to present our ideas. Sometimes the client will pick one, at other times the client will like a mixture of two of the designs. With websites we will discuss the look the client wants to achieve and we shall have researched some images and come up with our ideas on styling in the first meeting, then go away and build a basic website over a two week period based on that discussion. We will meet with the client again and discuss the next stage of the build and check they are happy with the way it's going. Websites are built over a 4-6 week period with 3 meetings fitted into that time. Logos will take a three week period. But we do so much more...

We'll discuss this in the first meeting. It all depends. We can do everything, but if the project is on a tight budget we will need more from the client.

Lots of creativity, lots of variety. What's not to love about making things look good, whilst problem-solving any issues that the clients' customers have. For example, we're re-branding a charity at the moment and their customers have a brain impediment so that they can't look at too many complicated web effects. So simplicity is key, but it's still bold with the types of imagery we've chosen. It looks great and the client is really happy. We are in the last stages now, but I love clients being happy with their new style. That's what is most important as they have to go out there and be proud of their brand, whatever it is, and sell it!

Great design, on budget and on time. We hand over copyright on payment of the relevant invoice. We will always tell you what you will get for your money, no hidden extras on the invoice. We work for all sorts of business and brands and it is just as interesting for us to work with a small start-up as it is doing a re-brand on an established company.
