The quote process was very easy and there we no surprises by the time we had received the final invoice. Designer Wholelsale (Capital Construction) also offered us some flexibility up front by letting us put down a deposit for our granite slab and then starting the project a couple months later.  Designer Wholesale had everything we needed for our project (granite counter tops, sinks, etc.) and offered  a great selection. Communications with the Project Manager, Owner, etc. was exceptional.  We'd even asked for our project to include a few extras which included installing new attic stairs, new faucets, replacing a ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling, and repairing some loosely-fitting light fixtures.  Justin, Wes, Phil, and the others went above and beyond by pointing out a couple of underlying electrical issues (bad boxes and supports) and a leaky garbage disposal which needed to be addressed.  Not only were these extras pointed out, but the team fixed them at a very reasonable cost.  This company truly is a, "one stop shop" for a homeowner's project/contractor needs.My wife and I will definitely use them again when it's time to do other major home renovations in the future.  Great job! We were very pleased with Capital Construction's work. John was a wonderful project manager, and the workers were always very respectful. We recently had a kitchen and bathroom remodel. My husband and I are both very pleased with the finished results. This company is excellent! They arrived on time and worked hard. Having built our home 12 years ago we were used to subcontractors not showing up when they were supposed to and doing an inferior job once they got here. To say it was refreshing to find a contractor that did exactly what he promised and on time everyday was a welcomed difference. Not only were they always on time, but extremely courteous the entire time they were on the job. This may all sound phoney, but give them a try and sit back to be very surprised, as we were. Steve came and talked me through repairs that were requested from a buyer's home inspection. He was honest and explained each item in terms I could understand. Many of the repairs were items that another company had done inadequately and he encouraged me to hold the original repairmen accountable for their work. He could have easily taken advantage of my situation - but he cared more about making sure my situation was resolved fairly and cost effectively. Capital not only was prompt with the estimate which was exactly what I paid. They are fast, neat and very professional.
