How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A lot depends on area (conservation areas are stricter), the type of house and how many car parking spaces you own. A garage is seen as a parking space so removing it may cause concern for the local council.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1. Initial consultation with us
2. Survey of garage and dwelling
3. Plans and elevation drawn up
4. Client amends and approval
5. Planning application submitted
6. Build prices and builder employed
7. Planning approval
8. Build starts, building inspector employed
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Loft height minimum 2100mm. We can create additional head height with dormer windows.
Is the roof semi cut? Stair positions?
We would ideally make a site visit and provide advice when seeing the dwelling

Being able to make our clients dreams come true, we all love our homes and being able to help people create a special home where they will build a family or grow older in is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Drive and passion to build something big for ourselves and not someone else’s company
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are just like our clients. We don’t pretend to be people we are not, we win most of our work from referrals and people liking us and wanting to work with us. We’re also really really good at design and not afraid to say it.
