Gary Townsend, of Design Right Kitchens, is an exceptionally talented designer. He did an amazing job of designing our kitchen, optimizing the existing features and adding some new ones we would've never thought of on our own. He completely understood what we wanted and clearly explained what would work, what wouldn't, and why. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen! Not only are we delighted with the aesthetics, we're thrilled with the pragmatics --- everything is located in the perfect place. And let me add, this designer saved me from making some decisions I would've definitely regretted. After an extensive search we hired Design Right Kitchens to renovate our Kitchen and Master Bathroom. As soon as we met Gary at the initial meeting we knew we found right person for the job. Gary is a man who really loves kitchens!!!!! He comes in and will give you his opinion of what perhaps needs to be done and then he listens to you and lists the needs that you have. The fact that the cabinets that are being used in my kitchen are made in the USA and as well as having a lifetime warrantee, makes me want to have Decora cabinets in my home. I love my kitchen alot. When I would text him with a question , he would answer me back pretty fast.

HIs paperwork with the plans for my kitchen were beautiful and precise as well as the measurements needed for the contractor to work off of were all perfect. I was lucky to have him referred to me by my contractor. I was unable to do pics since I have no idea how to do them. More...

My husband and I met Gary from Design Right Kitchens at a home show. We liked the samples he had to show and we were impressed with his knowledge and experience. We interviewed 4 other kitchen designers and decided to hire Gary and his team. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful kitchen. The cabinets are a unique color and design. Gary did an excellent job for me! From start to finish the entire process and finished product was superb. He designed a functional and beautiful custom bar for me and well as a massive built in hallway cabinetry that included a built in wine cooler and rolling ladder. He was very easy to work with and completed the project in budget and on time. We constantly get compliments on his excellent work. Its added tremendous character and value to our home. Gary is incedibly talented and professional. He came to our home and probably spent more than 2 hours measuring and interviewing us trying to determine our needs and experiences. He wanted to design for our needs and not just a standard cookie cutter kitchen. The design was amazing and his experience as a chef allowed him to really make the kichen flow from a working perspective. The quality of his workers were outastandfing and their efforts very much appreciated. We are extremely happy with the resuls and our friends are trully amazed with the transformation. Gary was great! He was the first step in my home renovation project. He helped me understand kitchen cabinets and all of the options. He quickly understood my taste..simple, clean with lots of storage for the person who loves to cook...and he tailored his designs to my style. Gary is a chef so he understands how a kitchen should work. I love my kitchen...down to the drawer handles that Gary helped me choose. Gary had great suggestions and resources for the rest of my project as well. And he was reasonable..he understood my budget and helped me stay within its limits.
