Many! It all depends on their type of business, their history, audience, their goals, and current pitch.
Describe your creative process.
Define: It starts with understanding your business, marketing objectives and obstacles. This is where our questions guide us to better understand your audience, your goals and the reasons behind them.
Analysis: Then we do our research—into the competition, the market, your position in it and the forces at work around you. Whatever your project, our analysis puts it in a broader context.
Strategize: This is where the ideas start to percolate. We brainstorm user journeys, design concepts and approaches that will achieve your goals. Then we pull all the options together and present them to you.
Execute: During design and production, our online collaboration tool lets you work closely with our creative team so you’re there every step of the way—until everybody’s happy.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to have a debrief of the previously mentioned. The "Define" part of our process.
