Wow! Amazing place! Huge selection of beautiful furniture, very high quality at surprisingly reasonable prices! They continually update new arrivals on their facebook page, very helpful! The virtual walk-thru is very cool too, if you've never seen the store you gotta check it out! I have been going to Design by Exchange for about 3 years. I have bought and sold items with this company and no matter what you are looking for they will have it or it will come through. The more you check back the chance you will pay less or loose the item you spotted. It's a gamble but so much fun. Good quality to use immediately or refinish to your liking. Customer service is outstanding. I am Mexican American and have always treated with respect and kindness. Always a smile or busy, busy which is understandable since traffic is nonstop and that is good cause I would hate for you to go away. More...

I have used Design By Exchange for several years- they are ALWAYS honest with me- have no hidden ""service charges"" like many consignment places- I have gotten hundreds of dollars from them just by dropping off items I don't need any more and then, a few weeks later, I get a check in the mail! Their service is friendly and I feel like I know them practically as friends. In addition, the overall quality of the items they sell is so consistently good that I have been thrilled to purchase from them, also- and have always felt lucky to get a ""one of a kind"" item for my home.
