Product out of stock, but arrived earlier than stated. Arrived broken but exchanged the following with no extra expensive and very apologetic staff. Will order again I'm sure.

I ordered 6 chairs. They did not have all 6 in stock in my colour. I was offered sequential delivery or delivery after a brief delay by an email. I opted for delay. Communication was easy.When the chair arrived unfortunately one has been damaged in transit. After emailing the company, the replacement chair was delivered the following Monday.
