How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
A garage is suitable for conversion . But peope have to take into account cost , look , and is there adequate parking .Garage conversion could cost from 6,000 to 19,000
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
By adding another room what ever source of heat and a/c will be able to handle the extra space .
Find where there plumbing is and make a plan to get over to new space if that is needed
Remove garage door and make sure that blend exterior so it does nit look like you it was a garage and made it a room
Window placement
What type of flooring we usually put 2x4 on floor with insulation in between and 3/4” plywood on top
Sometimes we beef up the wall framing for insulation .
What guarantee does your work come with?
I give a 2 year guarantee on all my work . That means anything i install or build not on the product itself . But if there is ever a issue with anything i am always willing to help and take care of the situation to make a customer happy .i would never just walk away cause it is a product defect .
