Really good service. I had a team of 2 over to clean the downstairs of my home including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and bedrooms. Both were very friendly and had a professional attitude, which is sometimes hard to find. I showed them around and they started right away, each person in a different area which I liked because I was still able to work in the office without hearing them talking and chatting like previous cleaners did. My biggest concern was my off-white tile floor which is pretty hard to clean without leaving streaks. After mentioning it to them they took extra care to make sure the floors looked spotless. From the ease of booking online, the reminders that were sent 3 days and 1 day prior to the appointment, up to and including the cleaning itself, the service was detailed and professional leaving my home sparkling clean! I live in San Francisco and had called Desert Maids on a Monday afternoon to schedule time to go out to my parents house and clean a particular room in the house after an incident. The owner scheduled time for a Wednesday afternoon after 12 pm. I got a call that Tuesday saying that they had a cancellation and that they could be at my parents house after 1 pm. The owners and staff of Desert Maids are nothing but professional and communicated continuously through the whole process even when I'm trying to help my parents manage this process all the way in San Francisco.  Too bad they aren't here in San Francisco as well, I would recommend them to everyone I come in contact with here. Incredibly awesome! Elizabeth and Kylie arrived on time and were very friendly. I showed them around and explained my focal areas that I wanted addressed. They paid great attention to these areas (especially bathrooms) and left my home smelling fresh and cleaner than it had been in years! I just want to start my review with saying that if I could give more than five stars I would.  My husband and I have been homeowners for 30+ years and for most of those years we've been fortunate enough to have a cleaning service come into our homes.  From my first call to Roger the proprietor of Desert Maids thru the completion of the move-in service they provided hands-down the most superior service we have ever experienced.  We had set up a time for them to be at our home at 8 AM and the clock struck eight and my doorbell rang.  You could essentially eat off of any surface from floor-to-ceiling there aren't enough words to say just how wonderful our new house looks.  The price we were quoted was exactly the amount they asked for at the end of the job which took considerably more time than  we initially thought it would.  Roger did not ask for more money than the initial quote and I felt a substantial gratuity was the only way that I could thank him and his workers or an absolutely incredible job. Best maid service ever! In 3 hrs my very, very dirty house was transformed into a clean, organized one! Everything was done from making the bathroom shine to cleaning the cat bowls to changing the sheets.

We used the services of a better clean on 10/18/17 in Henderson, Nevada.  Jason assigned Tiana and Dimitri to clean our house.  We found the workers to be very professional and detailed in their work.  They cleaned our house throughly and with great detail.  They even dusted our plantation shutters and cleaned around all the wall hanging picture frames.  We were very satisfied with the service they performed in our home.  We highly recommend A Better Clean if you desire a professional and through cleaning of your home.  The on time arrival window was accurate and  helpful in managing our time schedule.  Great service and excellent employees. They are awesome!!! I called Jason on Sunday to try and schedule something Monday (today) and was pretty sure it'd be impossible, but I was wrong. He got back to me super quick and was able to service my house. His price seemed fair but I honestly had no idea what to expect.He sent me two very polite ladies who made me feel like I already knew them, it wasn't awkard or anything being it was the first time I was seeing them, and they made me feel very relaxed. I must say that for someone who grew up with at least one maid in the house 6 days out of the week, I was excited but unsure of how it would go and these ladies totally impressed me! My house looks absolutely spotless! They are very detail oriented and careful with your things, and also they are quiet but very friendly.With being pregnant and working double shifts it was really hard to keep the house in order. And also one thing I noticed was how much time I had free to actually spend with my husband who works 16/18h shifts and only has one day off!
