She was so professional and after testing me recommended what she thought was best for me. She didn't try to "oversell" anything which I appreciated. The office staff are friendly and the office was clean. I did not have to wait long for my appointment even though it was scheduled shortly before I arrived. I was having problems with one of my ears and I suspected it was related to wax buildup. I had never had anything like this happen before and was nervous and embarrassed going in for a check.I received excellent care from Dr. Seidl who instantly put me at ease, identified the problem and took care of it within a few minutes. I'm sure it was just another day for her but the ease and comfort of the procedure (even getting to see the inside of my ear up close) meant a lot to me. I hope I never have to visit again, but for any future ear related issues I know where to go. More...
