Liz walks our dogs regularly and has just, for the first time, stayed at ours to dog sit whilst we went away. So reassuring to know they are lovingly looked after in their own environment. We left our little old lady, Smartie, with Liz and were incredibly relieved to have such a kind and warm, but also professional person to take care of her. We visited Liz and she took careful notes and listened to Smarties needs before her stay and we had the utmost confidence in leaving her to enjoy her own little holiday when we took ours. We received updates and pics while we were away which were a great comfort to us all. We will definitely be using Dependable Dog Care in the future... After putting our beloved boys in kennels last year for first time which they hated we decided to look for someone we could trust 100% with our boys and also our house! ! After searching for a while Liz's name popped up .straight away thought she had a lovely caring face .met her and we loved her!! Liz came a few times before we went away but unfortunately our youngest boy not 100% with an upset tum.....Liz not phased and still said she would be fine by the time we went Bailey was on anti biotics and a chicken and rice diet after several visits to the vet....sadly after finishing course Bailey not well and not improved we arranged for Liz to take him vets again .after more tests ultrasounds and theatre we sadly lost our beloved baby boy ..as you can imagine we were beyond heartbroken and so was Liz!!! Would we have left him if we had known probably not......but only because we should of been with him...but we know Liz loved him comforted him and TREASURED him like we did......would we recommend her......YES 1000% in fact she is already booked for next year and will be a lifelong family friend!!!!!!! 5 stars plus!!!!!! We needed Sammy to be happy whilst we were away, that meant staying at home in surroundings that he knew and being looked after. Liz had my three dogs for the weekend at my house. My 20 year old needs extra care and I was very pleased to find she had had lots of attention. Collected Ozzie this morning and couldn't have been happier with the service that Liz gave us. She had him for a week whilst we were away. She sent us photos and updates to let us know he was enjoying himself and happy which was really helpful and reassuring! Ozzie had a lovely time, lots of attention and cuddles and had more walks than he has at home! It was clear on collection he was extremely comfortable and happy with Liz, he was even unsure about coming home as he had enjoyed his holiday with her so much!! Liz is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Liz has looked after my dog Heidi whilst I have been at work and has had a key to my house as I trust her implicitly. She has been reliable and has been flexible when I have had to alter the requirements, as sometimes I have my mums dog over too. Liz makes you feel at ease and is so natural, I feel as if she is a close friend now and feel like I've known her years even though we have only seen each other a handful of times. Liz is my mom so some may consider this review may be bias. However its an honest and open review based on 10 years worth of dog care liz has provided to my dogs - dudley (lab who is sadly no longer with us) and freddie my wonderful collie cross. From walking to dog sitting whilst away on holiday i know they are in safe, caring and loving hands. This allows us to go away with full peace of my mind able to enjoy our holiday without worry. He is walked regulary and spoilt with love and affection but liz is also respectful to our rules for freddie - like not too many treats and our preference to keep him on the lead when walked. Our dogs are so precious and liz keeps them safe, loved, excercised and happy - unfortunately to the point freddie doesn't want to come home - even when we've been away for a week !!! More...

Elizabeth was wonderful taking care of my dog Harry. We met her before his stay when we all had time to get to know each other and what Harry's routine was and how he would spend his time with her. I was more relaxed after meeting her and knew she would be taking great care of my boy. Harry loved his time with Elizabeth and I'm sure it was like a home from home to him.
