From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the equipment appeared to be up-to-date and modern . The dentist and hygienist were professional and knowledgeable, and they explained each step of the process clearly and answered all of my questions. If anyone was thinking of getting a mouth guard don't bother. I had impression taken on the 28th of March and on the 29th of March I had a call when I was leaving London to collect them. The nice person the other end said don't worry we will post them. I am having implant treatment here and the experience is brilliant. Everyone is so customer focused and they explain everything to you beforehand. It has been a long journey (approximately three years) to finally get my teeth, Upper and Lower Jaw, (Crowns ,Implants and Denture) into tip-top condition thanks to the patience, and commitment, of all the Dentaprime staff, Doctors,Receptionist ,Nurses ,who have been instrumental in assisting me in "getting over" my dental phobia. It is also important to me, to mention, that the reason that this was such a lengthy process, was mainly due to the intervention of COVID, and Health issues . Totally proffesional is how i would explain Dentaprime. From the warm greating at reception,total care whilst waiting prior to treatment and outstanding marksmanship to creat a smile i never thought i could have. From my inital consultation at their old site which was first class. Everthing was explained in full by Milly who with no hard sell and did not rush me and made sure all my questions were answered. I must say as well that i am terrified of dentists,to the point i hadnt visited a dentist for years. So by the time in saw Dentaprime i was in a desperate state and was convinced there was nothing that could be done. If i only knew i would have had this done years ago. My treatment was carried out in the new premises on the very first week of opening. This place looks like the set of a James bond movie.Everything is immaculately clean and Hitec Dr Ana Sofia Gomes carried out all the work and had the knack of creating complete calm to the point that on my second visit a week later i had no fear or anxiety. I really cant explain how happy i am with the work that has been done. This my sound corny but this really has changed my life.I can actually feel confident when i talk to people and smile without worrying about my teeth and what people must think. I found the staff, from the receptionist to the surgeons to be first class at the Stratford London surgery and can’t fault the treatment up to now, my only negative is the Stratford surgery is too small which does cause hold ups, so I can’t wait for the new surgery to open in 2023 to have my treatment finalised.

I have been with Dentaprime since 2016 and had my initial consultation and treatment at their Dental Clinic in Varna, Bulgaria. The treatment was excellent and I not only received assistance with my dental care, but also travel to and from the airport and hotel accommodation. They were very professional and competent. I then moved my treatment to their London Clinic when it opened for my own personal convenience, and began a Dental Care Plan to suit my needs at the time. I have recently had full Zirconium Bridges fitted and I am extremely happy with the result and care taken with their implementation. The Dentists and Nurses were very professional and informative and really made sure I got the aesthetic results I wanted, which also suited my dental situation. They use high quality materials, which is very reassuring. The clinic is very clean and hygienic and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. I looked into dental plants just around the time of the pandemic I was quoted 18,500 + at other dental practices I did a lot of research and and when found dentaprime all my dreams became a reality I started to smile even with out the implants. Anyway I had my first treatment which at first I thought was a bit daunting but after the surgery I couldn't believe how easy it was all the staff were on hand every bit of the process I felt really in safe hands They all did a brilliant job and they also are very happy with the results so everyone a winner going to Dentaprime I have had to have a sinus lift and yes I may have to wait 9 months before I get my upper but it will be well worth it and the dentures fit perfectly and are comfortable so they have done a great job all round I was so happy with the staff I bought them a nice cake so they could enjoy thier break Big shout out to Doctor Pedro keep up your good work !!! My mum was neglected during dental surgery, she was supposed to be taken to hospital in ambulance instead of being let to make her way home alone. I am fuming how dear they treat their patiant, for the money we paid them for a treatment they don't bother to get a translater for patiant who doesn't speak English at all and provide a dental nurse whoeven struggling to say Hello, if you are non English speaker you gonna be treated like a dog in this clinic.
