I have a experience working with individuals who have endured trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I enjoy working with clients coming from a diverse range of backgrounds and am passionate about helping my clients achieve growth and healing as I support them through their process of transformation.
I believe it is important as a therapist to recognize that there is no one size fits all approach. My goal is to provide a safe environment for clients and listen without judgment, providing guidance and learning. Everyone deserves to be met exactly at where they are in life, and using various modalities allow us to find an approach that works for you.
