I don’t usually review online, but in this case I simply had to because of the high level of service that Dely & Associates consistently delivers. Our entire family filed income taxes through them and since we also own a rental business, it was fairly complicated. It was a great pleasure to work with Erwin and Tanya, both are very knowledgeable, professional and patient. The communication is great, so are the rates. More importantly, our return exceeded all expectations since Erwin and Tanya were able to use their extensive knowledge to find many ways to maximize it.
