We used this company cater at our wedding and let me tell I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever. Their sales pitch was great and we thought they would do a good job but they didn’t.
First they didn’t turn the day before to set up as agreed, which put us, the bride and groom under extreme pressure the night before our big day. They turned up at 2am on the morning of the wedding instead of the agreed time of 6.30pm the night before.
On the day of the event they made basic mistakes and some people were left waiting hours for food.
Family members had to serve food as they were under-staffed. Some people were served small portions as the food had started to run out.
When we had a debrief after the wedding, one of the owners was arguing with us over the amount they were willing to offer. We tried to be fair as they had done the job, however they lacked the quality of service we were promised but the owner was going back and forth with us over a difference of about £90 refund. It got to the point where we just accepted the refund they offered as we wanted to move on and not dwell on the mistakes that took a toll on our special day. During discussions with one of the company owners, he would agree to a refund amount then change his mind, as if he had a certain amount fixed in his mind in regards to what he wanted to offer, despite agreeing with us that the service as a whole was not up to standard. He still wanted to charge us for aspects of the service that clearly failed, when we trusted them to deliver.
Their customer service is a complete joke!
I believe they are chasing money and forgetting the service part of their job.
I would never recommend them to anyone again. They need to sort out their customer service and be more humble when they make mistakes.
Very bad experience with this company on one of the biggest days of our lives. We can't turn back the clock to do a retake, however we just want to move on from this.

Sarah was very good in communicating throughout the planning and preparation process.
She and her team catered for my daughter's traditional Nigerian wedding.
The food was excellent and the service good.
Commenting on quality of food this was what my daughter said 'a lot of people commented on how nice it was, especially the English contingent'.
My only criticism was that staff arrived a bit late for setting up.

I highly recommend Deluscious Catering! They catered for 200 people at my wedding reception and served some delicious food! We received numerous compliments from our wedding guests about the quality of the food from the reception canapes to the main meal. Deluscious Catering are also very talented in their event decoration services - I used them as my supplier for all my flowers, church decorations and decoration of the wedding reception venue and the result was absolutely magnificent. We had the team at Deluscious cater or wedding last month and they were simply magnificent. From the first phone conversation to the day itself their focus was on making sure everything is right for the customer, rather than trying to add extras to bump the price. The food is delicious, and they're able to cater for big events (ours was 250). We had people from all backgrounds and the food was made so everyone could enjoy it. I was blessed to have the opportunity to use Deluscious Catering, for two occasions this year, from start to finish I had a fantastic experience. Sarah listened to what myself and my husband wanted which made us feel so comfortable especially with the unique touches was provided to make our events a knockout. The food tasting was fantastic because a few family members was able to attend and share the experience enjoying the food, service and presentation. I was so happy with the quality of the food that I referred Sarah to my mum where she was able to provide a large amount of food for my traditional wedding at short notice, which my family are still buzzing about. Normally I get suspicious of 100% 5* reviews. But, after employing Deluscious catering for my wedding 2/3/19 I more and understand why they score so highly. Every step of the way was stress free and a pleasure. From the initial tasting session to finding two takeaway bags of leftovers left in our honeymoon suite. You have no idea how happy this made me.Sarah is a dream to deal with. Very professional and dedicated to your day and how you want things. Sarah did both our canapés and reception buffet. She arranged for a platter to be brought to us while we had our photos taken. Details like this is what’s sets Deluscious apart from others. This and the fact the food is consistently brilliant. From the very get go when we had our consultation we realized we had a gem on our hands. Sarah presented us with a beautiful decorated dining sit down experience as part of our taster. The food was lovely, she was extremely prompt with time. Explained everything coherently and was always accommodating to our vegan guests whilst still accommodating on price. She was exceptional with communication, whether it was verbal, social or email she made sure we were always in the loop. Even made effort to visit the venue prior to the wedding to survey the kitchen. Her staff on the wedding day were well equipped for their roles. She kept her decor in line with our main decorator which was a lovely touch. Her team were excellent with time management there was literally no issues everyone got their food in good time! I cannot speak highly enough of Deluscious. They catered for our wedding on the 1st October and the food was amazing!!!! !! Every guest we have spoken to has commented on how good the food was and many are already planning to use them for their own events. Her range of food options are so plentiful and her prices are highly competitive! On top of the food, the service is highly professional. Sarah personally walked with us through the menu, site visits - making everything so easy. Once we had decided on Delusicious, we never worried about food again for our day. Lastly, my wife and I have to add a personal note to say that catering is more than just cooking and serving food for Sarah and her team. She was passionate about us as a couple from the start, helping wherever she could and reassuring us that it would all come together. Ive had the pleasure of using this catering service on two occasions. One was for a christmas dinner for which i ordered bbq chicken and mac n cheese. They tasted above and beyond perfection. Mac n cheese was very juicy but it had its own flare to it. Gourmet esque i would say. The second was for an engagement cake. The red velvet cake we had was the best ive ever had to date. A very easy 5 star to give this catering company. I miraculously came across this company ahead of my mum's 60th birthday. After arranging a taster session I was ready to pay my deposit on the spot. The food was fantastic and well seasoned. Head Chef Sarah, was also very receptive to constructive criticism and made slight changes to accommodate my needs/vision for the event. Was really happy with the service. Came on time as described within the invoice. Food was ready to eat and good in temperature, being that it was desired for an xmas meal this was highly ideal.

I hired Deluscious Catering for my daughters first birthday party. My partner is Ghanaian and I'm Nigeria so we wanted a caterer that could provide both cuisines.
After lots of research I decided to go with Deluscious and they were brilliant. Sarah's smile is infectious and her team were so hard working, smart and full of energy. I've been to many parties before where the buffets had items that were brilliant, ok and bad. My guests agreed that everything Delscious served was delicious!!
Sarah provided take away containers so we were able to take the remaining food home with us.
I honestly cannot reccomend them enough and will be using them again.
As their motto goes we really did indulge our tastebuds :)

Kimchi fried rice was delicious!!
I thought I'd go for something different so decided to go with Deluscious Catering after a friend recommended them to me.
The bulgogi was so flavourful and the Ghanaian lamb skewers were out of this world.

What’s your signature dish?
Bulgogi, Jollof Rice, Suya Lamb Skewers, Curry Goat and sweet and Spicy Chicken.
Our signature Cakes are Red Velvet, Strawberry and Cream and Chocolate Fudge.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I discuss the types of foods they enjoy and then I come up with flavour combinations and present to the client in a tasting session.
What do you love most about your job?
The Joy and look on people's faces when they taste our food, that initial first reaction is priceless and I love it.
I love introducing people to Ghanaian and Korean fusion because it's usually something very different that they have never experienced before. So after a tasting session people are ready to explore and that is brilliant. We live in country full of unique and wonderful cultures so my job as a caterer is to encourage people through food to step out and try something new....
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always loved cooking and blessing people through food so it was a beautiful step for me to expand and bring my fusions to the world. Food is so powerful and it can bond people and help create amazing memories so I just want to be a part of creating that.

Afro Caribbean, Korean fusion to my knowledge has not been done in London and if you choose us for your function I truly believe you will not be disappointed. We have a high attention to detail and we never hold back on flavour.
