About

Deltic Training was founded in 2006 to provide tuition, services and support to individuals and organisations in business management, specifically Administrative Management. This encompasses all aspects of managing information through people, including strategy, culture, structure, improvement techniques, problem solving, change, motivation - you name it, it's in there somewhere!

In my personal capacity, my hands-on experience has encompassed being financial controller in a variety of organisations, including manufacturing, engineering, recycling and aviation. These roles have tended to extend to strategic administration, HR, accounts preparation, payroll, and basically linking everything up.

So if you need help understand a business related topic as a student, would like some forecasting done, or need to galvanise your business by improving motivation, systems and processes - we are here to help.
