Trust me, you want to have Dion as a personal trainer! I have been training with Dion now for 8 months and it was honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have trained with a few other personal trainers previously in life and Dion by far surpasses them all combined. The way Dion tailors his programs for you including nutrition, he sets you up with the knowledge for life and will never let you fail. i have learned so much and continue to learn every day. He keeps you accountable, truly cares about his clients and not just about their results but their true well-being and wants the best for them. I have had Dion for a personal trainer off and on for the last 5 years. He has been an integral part of my overall well-being and has proven himself countless times in helping me to practice a health lifestyle. He definitely has a tough love approach, but I think it's been a necessary and effective tactic in holding me accountable! I appreciate his no nonsense, yet humorous, training style. And most importantly, at the end of the day, you get results. After hearing out my concerns and what I hoped to achieve, Dion provided me with a comprehensive plan of attack, including nutrition and diet. Dion has changed my outlook on weight and workouts! He is into total body health and strength and has worked with my unique aches and pains to ensure I can still get my workout complete without further hurting my knee or whatever is hurting that day! He believes in the strength of the body - I never thought I could do 20 push-ups in a row, but now I can complete sets of them :) and I have felt my body transform. I would totally recommend him! I never had problems with my weight until I hit 40. Then the pounds started to slowly add on and before I knew it, I was 50 pounds overweight! My knees started to hurt and when I sat for even 15 minutes when I got up my body was very stiff. This was not fun! I got a gym membership but I found I was not very good at self-motivation. With over 20 years of coaching, personal training and nutrition experience, I've helped many people of all diversities to achieve personal health and wellness success. My greatest joy is seeing a client achieve a goal previously not thought possible.

I became a personal trainer, out of a desire to help individuals feel better about themselves. I had many years of sport coaching under my belt, and I saw the joy that hardwork and dedication brought to kids and young adults.

I transitioned to Personal Training, in order to bring that same joy to adults who had maybe lost that feeling, but want to get it back.
