Avi's initial sales job was courteous and without pressure. Although we did end up doing much more work than we had intended, we are not disappointed we did. Avi's communication up to and throughout the job was good. His Driveway, garden wall and walkway crew was headed by Ladi who was equally courteous. They did a great job in some pretty remarkable heat. Costa was responsible for the stone work on my porch and was equally polite and professional. Avi came to give a quote quickly after my call. The job was started when promised even though the very rainy spring was slowing everyone down, just two weeks after our first meeting. The crew worked steadily and completed a fairly big job, including a lot of hand-digging in the back yard due to limited access, in three days of hard work. In mid-January, we had water seepage by the basement wall beside the driveway. So because of Avi’s reputation we hired him for waterproofing, interlocking and driveway paving of our 1958 bungalow. The source of the seepage was found, the crack repaired, the weeping tiles were found to be in good shape, so they didn’t need to be replaced. The changes to the house are very pleasing, friend and neighbors are very impressed. Thanks to the interlocking in the back garden, we got a narrow, but very nice patio with a beautiful interlocking step that is aligned with the house and with the driveway. The 60 years old driveway was replaced with one that may last as much. The old driveway was completely removed, a thick layer of crush stone was compacted and new pavement is slopped/graded away from the house, from the neighbor’s interlock and to the sidewalk. At the end, not only the interlocking and driveway look beautiful; but foremost the slopped/graded interlocking and driveway ensure that all rain or melting snow run away from the house and never more cause seepage problems anywhere around the house. Our home is a corner lot with walk out basement so we have a hill that goes down beside the house to reach the backyard. We wanted to add stairs down the hill to make it safer for my elderly parents and also decided to put in terraces so that we can have large planting areas. The interlocking is beautiful and we love how the terraces were done with armour stone. Ladi's structural work was excellent and the outcome is beautiful! Avi runs a wonderful company who did a great job on our property.Our interlocking front walkway and back patio was done excellently. It was done on time, and efficiently. As would be expected I had 2 or 3 comments throughout the week or so of work, and they were all dealt with within a business day to a very satisfactory ending. Avi and his team were always polite, punctual, and diligent in ensuring I not only got a finished product that I like, but one that I wanted, asking my opinion before doing certain things, so that I was sure I liked it. When I thought one part of the wall at the end would look better a different way, they did not hesitate to return to correct it, despite having already brought all their tools/supplies away from my home.I am very pleased with the outcome, and what appears to be a high quality job. I obviously can't comment on how well it has held up over time, as the job is just finished, but I have no complaints from what I see on the finished product and what looked like high quality workmanship while they did it. We had our old wood deck & walkway removed & replaced with interlocking. One fence area was also removed & updated. Overall we were very pleased with the timeliness & quality. The project was started within 2 weeks of signing & completed within about one week. This is unlike other contractors who begin work & then leave you stranded for weeks. Avi coordinated the paving & fence work in addition to dealing with some AC issues we had. All of his team were professional. The stone team was also very well staffed for demolition & installation. Delta replaced the 13-year old interlocking stone in our front walkway and back patio with new interlocking stone. Their work was excellent. The new stone included 3 differently dimensioned sizes and we were concerned with the appearance of the resulting pattern particularly on the smaller front walkway. We needn't have worried; the layout of the stones on both areas was very well done and we're very pleased with the final appearance. The work was completed in a timely manner. Following a massive water intrusion in April 2017, wallboard removal and the waterproofing outside in October, we waited until this spring to start the inside. This was a warranty repair for work that was done 4 years earlier. Avi was sure to his word. A side wall was being pushed away from the house wall. We are again very pleased with Delta Classic Homes and the work that they performed for us this past month. We contacted Avi because he and his team did such a great job for us last year when we had our interlock walkways and curbing replaced, concrete porch resurfaced, a backyard patio constructed and the driveway repaved. This time the work consisted of demolishing and rebuilding a retaining wall beside external stairs that lead to our basement and fixing the drain at the bottom of the stairs. We also had 3 pot lights installed in the soffit above our garage door.Avi was able to immediately schedule the work after we contacted him and the work was completed within a very reasonable amount of time especially considering the extremely uncooperative weather.Again Ladi and his crew were extremely pleasant and professional, keeping us informed regarding both the process and the progress of the work.
