I cannot express enough how professional and amazing this company was! My husband and I had ordered plantation shutters from a different company that turned out bad. When that company refused to fix the problem, I called Delmarva Blinds & Shutters to see if they would come do a consultation and confirm the original installation was wrong. Kristine and her husband, Frank, could not have been nicer and more helpful! They came over the very next day and wrote up a statement on letterhead for our credit card company, so we could get our money back from the first company. They also explained in detail what the first company should have done and how they would make it right for us. I bought blinds for my house from Delmarva Blinds rather than from a home center because of how the different features of blinds were explained to me by Kris. Delmarva helped me pick the type of blinds and shutters to get, told me about the different quality levels and options and left the decisions up to me. No pressure, unlike some of the other companies. It was a great experience. They blinds came in about 3 weeks and were installed in a little over an hour by the husband-wife team (the owners). They showed me how to take care of the blinds and fixed a problem, on the spot with one of the binds. Total professionals. It's clear their primary focus is on customer service and making sure that every single one of their customers is satisfied. When they didn't show up to our house for an initial estimate due to a mix-up in communication and scheduling, they more than made up for the mistake by giving us free custom blinds for our entire bedroom!
