This spot is a hidden gem in Stuart. All of the ingredients are sourced responsibly and I believe most of them are local, and (bonus) the restaurant is owned by a super awesome local mom. I had the stuffed avocado with barbacoa and a side of Mexican street corn and it was absolutely to die for. The meat was seasoned to perfection and was super tender. I picked up a shredded beef stuffed avocado to go for lunch and was pleasantly surprised how fresh and tasty it was. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food was fantastic! We booked Jessica with Deliteful Kitchen to cater my cousin's baby shower this past weekend. I was so amazed at the beautiful grazing table she put together! She remained in constant communication with us despite having multiple events to plan over the weekend. The entire table was gluten-free to accommodate the new mother's food sensitivities and everything was absolutely delicious! I've eaten multiple times at Deliteful Kitchen. My fiancé and I try to eat a mostly vegan diet and gluten free. Finding places to eat for us is tough, but this place is amazing. Every time I've gone in there, the owner (Jessica) will make us anything we want on or off the menu. Plus, they're catering our wedding! I wouldn't just trust anyone to feed our guests. We work together to build a unique menu, different for each client that will wow guests based up on the style of service, theme and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating dishes that are not only beautiful to look at, but are delicious, healthy and people will rave about.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a single mother to two kids that are my world, and I wanted to show them that with hard work, dedication and a passion for something they love that they can make any dream their reality.
