Great service and expertise, inspiring a lot more confidence than if he had just put them into a branded shop, where someone untrained pins the measurements and then they are passed on to another person that you never meet and who may or may not be any good. I went to see Kate at her house about a L K Bennett dress I needed altering. She made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She was just amazing! I discovered Delamare Couture by accident, but I'm really glad I did! I had a friend's wedding to attend and having had the suit ordered for me online by the groom, found at the last minute that the fit was terrible. I contacted the seamstress and she arranged for me to have a fitting with her. The alterations were drastic; narrowing shoulders, taking in the waist, tapering the trousers. I was concerned she wouldn't have time but she did and the results were fantastic. I ended up with a suit that fits me perfectly, in time for the wedding- and more importantly the photographs!I can't recommend her services more highly. More...
