I called to inquire about renting this banquet hall for my daughters Quinceañera. The owner was very nice he referred me to Mari, who was wonderful and very friendly. She took the time to show us the banquet hall. She also explained to us the different options that we have. Overall it was a wonderful experience clean facility nice exterior and interior. My husband and I had our wedding and reception here in June and we couldn't be happier! The packages are very cost-friendly. From start to finish the staff was always available to answer any questions or help us with our decisions throughout the planning process. The package they offered us had everything we needed so we did not have to look for outside vendors or stress about the hassle of finding reputable people. the historic rivera hotel and casino is one of the oldest hotels on the strip. an interesting place to stay to get the feel of las vegas in the 1950's and 1960's. inexpensive.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and modern, and the amenities were just fine. This hotel is on the northern end of the strip, away from the hustle and bustle of the newer hotels, but after a few nights in Vegas, it's actually quite nice to get back to a quiet place.

We had a spectacular time at the Riviera. That had to be one of simplest ways to checkin that I have dealt with. We ate at the buffet twice, both for breakfast and the food there was quite good and reasonably priced.

In fact it surprise me, I stayed at Monaco Tower, my room was non-smoker, comfortable room, and a chair to sit and watch TV, this one was my favorite to relax after a long day walking, quiet floor, 43o. no noise, besides its cleanliness, the samples at the bathroom had natural fragancies of confrey and ginseng, which I really enjoyed them. The Buffet in general is good and if you have the card players you get a discount, so let´s enjoy and I did. Welcome basket delivered to me at my room upon check in, after a long trip, it was a welcome treat and very thoughtful. I also want to thank all the Bell Boys at the Captain's Station for helpful & friendly information. Your entire staff is delightful!! Your beds ar so comfortable too. I booked our room through one of the many wholesalers. My wife and I checked in around 8pm Sun. 3/13. James, the person I checked in with at the hotel, was amazing. I requested to upgrade my room before arriving, but the Riviera couldn't help me until I actually arrived. James not only upgraded my room. He wrote down his name and extension to make sure I was satisfied. After checking out the room, I called James at the front desk thanking him. Hats off to James. What a way to start a vacation. Our room had a great location. We had a pretty good view looking towards the Encore and could see the Rio. Everyone my wife and I encountered during our stay at the Riviera was pleasent and friendly. I'm talking about the staff, not the other guest. We talked to about everyone. Players club, dealers, slot folks, beverage servers and bartenders along with housekeeping. Checked in around mid-night on Fri by James who was very polite and helpful. Initially was assigned a 3rd floor room in the Med North Tower but was moved Sat to Med South 8fl. The South tower was better, with more space, a frig and a Strip view. These rooms have been upgraded with flat screens and pillow top beds that slept VERY WELL. The room was clean and actually quite comfortable. Gambling was decent and casino staff seemed upbeat and friendly. Maybe the Riviera is listening to us and really trying to committ to being better. I just wanted to express how very grateful I am with the honesty of the staff at the Riviera. Especially housekeeping, security, and my wonderful slot host. I was a guest and I had left a black sweater and two necklaces that I accidently left in my room after I had packed and left the hotel. I called and housekeeping and they transferred me to security and they let me know that they had these items locked in their safe. I contacted my slot host Sheila Pappas and she gave them my address and they sent my items in the mail to me. I am so happy to have gotten these items back. Hello to everyone associated with this wonderful Riviera Hotel. This as long overdue. My name is Allison and this will be my third year staying here. Yes I am an apa member, and I am so exdcited to be coming back again. There are no words to describe the staff. They are off the charts, now I know you have a pool, restaurants, a casino, etc. etc. I am happy to be coming back to sleep on one of your beds. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
