My boys attended the Anti-bullying workshops during this half term. They were taught about bullying and what they should do if they experienced it. Also they were taught some self defence moves. Train here whenever I am in London. Really detailed teaching, some very high standard fighters, and probably the best atmosphere of any gym I’ve trained at. The new (2018 on) location has tonnes of space and gear. If I had to nitpick, it’s a bit out the way and could still do with an extra shower or two, but to be honest it just adds to the charm.
