Excellent. Booked the job (primarily a garage conversion) in March 2021 to start at the beginning of August and Decorum turned up on the day agreed (four months previously) and completed the job 5 weeks later on the indicated end date.
Decorum staff turned up on the days that they said they would and any ad hoc or other contractual work did not mean that they ‘disappeared’ to deal with other customers.
We made clear when obtaining quotes that we did not want to deal with sub-contractors and ordering/delivery and Decorum took care of scheduling of contractors when they were required. There were delivery issues and shortages of material which Decorum dealt with without passing the problem on to us, the customer.
Gary, Jason and Rob were polite and friendly at all times and got on with their job without issue. When our input was required, they set out the options and talked us throough possible solutions and any extras were quoted for so there was no end of job financial surprises.
The work was completed to a high standard and we are pleased with the outcome.
The quoted price was slightly above the competitors but the method and process were worth the additional upfront cost especially as the contract was clear on deliverables, that Decorum were solely responsible for delivery and there were no surprise extra costs when the work was completed.
We are happy to recommend Decorum on price, quality and delivery.

Excellent work by Decorum to partially convert rear or garage into a potting "shed". Installed new door and window at rear or garage and split garage into two with partition wall.
Installed new light and sockets. Very professional and friendly from start to finish. Great job.
Will certainly be back in touch when ready to convert rest of garage into a gym.
Can highly recommend these guys.

Gary and Jason were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We had an idea of what we wanted but Gary’s insight right from quoting really helped us make the right decisions.
Both his and Jason’s work is to such a high standard we couldn’t find a single fault with anything they’ve done, with then usually going above and beyond what we’d expected.
Node Zero helped us turn our garage into a store at the front and an exercise space at the back - to a level we wouldn’t have thought possible - and built an AV Wall with fire in our living room which it’s now hard to imagine wasn’t there a couple of weeks ago.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are suitable and planning permission is unnecessary if you don’t plan to alter the structure of the building. ( e.g. New roof)
However if you live in a Listed building or a Conservation Area, planning permission may be required for even minor modifications.
