Q&A

I love supporting people as they work through the sometimes messy and often confusing or painful business of living. It feels like a real privilege to help people in this way, to develop working relationships with my clients, so that they can work through issues with the support someone who is caring and non-judgemental. It is amazing to witness the resilience and drive of human nature to survive and overcome sometimes enormous obstacles.

Having trained in body therapy, it was a natural progression for me to study counselling and psychotherapy too. I have been passionate about the healing power of therapeutic relationships, through my own personal journey, so was inspired to work in this field and make a positive contribution to the well-being of others.

I am a good listener and offer a warm and compassionate, safe and confidential space for my clients. I am a mature woman, a mother, and am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor. FDA, BA (Hons)Worcester University. I have also trained in Shiatsu, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Systemic Family Constellations, Focusing Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
