About

I am an individual, couple, and family therapist in Fort Collins. I use a combination of evidence based therapy with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe environment to work towards holistic well-being. I believe a holistic, systemic approach best approaches meeting individual mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, physical needs in the context of their relationships. I am committed to collaborating with clients and empowering them to explore their own narrative and relationships throughout the therapy process that leads them on unique journeys of resilience, reconciliation, and restoration.

I am a registered Psychotherapist in Colorado and have a Master’s of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. My Bachelor’s degree is in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies from Baylor University.

I deeply honor the journey I get invited into with each client and desire to create a safe and nurturing space for deep holistic change to happen for clients in their relationships.
