Eric was the best DJ we could have asked for!!! His song choices were 100% on point and he did a really great job getting out there to dance! The music was the perfect volume at both dinner and for dancing, and he played something for everyone. He built the song choices around some of my favorites and it was all very on point. Dwayne was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My husband and I had two calls with him prior to the wedding, we reviewed the selections and he helped us and gave us great recommendations for songs we were unsure about. He was wonderful and followed our selection throughout the reception. He was also good on his feet when the couples’ dance did not go as expected and managed to still make it fun. Hunter Omohundro was the DJ for our August 2018 wedding. He was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. He was incredibly flexible with meeting times, and made sure to get down every single detail that we wanted. Our wedding day couldn't have run more smoothly. 100% the best Dj is Eric! He really made my wedding a unique experience. Eric gave us fun options to include in the wedding that we would not have thought of before. We loved all of his ideas especially having trivia questions about the couple to decide who gets to go though the buffet first. Our guests loved the chance to cut in line, and test their knowledge. The music was perfect. I was worried that our guests would not dance much, but as soon as the first song came on everyone was on the dance floor moving and grooving. Eric Cunningham performed absolutely amazing at my wedding this past weekend. We gave him almost no direction and he knocked it out the park. Guests have been talking about his ability to read the crowd, get people moving, keep the party going, and he knew exactly when to tone it down as well. I have worked with Eric somewhere around 35 times last year at the venue I work at. He is one of the most professional, polite, and accommodating vendors I have ever had the chance of meeting. He is prepared for anything, can read the crowd like a book, and his MC skills are on point. DJ Eric Cunningham did an exceptional job as the DJ for our wedding! The DJ is such an important vendor who can make or break your event, and Eric did not disappoint! He was originally recommended to us by a family member who has worked with him at a wedding venue for a long time. He was so gracious to give us a friends-and-family discount but did not let that change the level of service he provided to us at all! He absolutely went above and beyond to curate the perfect playlist for our wedding, help us to adjust the schedule to maximize our time to dance and have fun, and create some really special moments during the reception. He even provided complimentary uplighting at the last minute to add a little something extra to our reception space, since he is good friends with our family member. I would absolutely use Eric again and recommend him for anyone looking for a DJ who can help to not only keep the event running smoothly but also make sure that guests have fun. There was never any "downtime" or awkward moments where people weren't enjoying themselves, because Eric kept the whole reception flowing smoothly the entire night. Not only did he find music that was perfect for a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony, but the music for the cocktail hour and reception was great too - we had lots of compliments. For the mother-son dance, my Mom wanted to blend three different parts of three different songs, and Eric was able to do that effortlessly. Eric knew how to get and keep everyone dancing. DJ Dwayne Washington is the man!! We cannot say enough good things about our experience working with him. Music was an extremely important aspect of our wedding and we wanted nothing but the best when it came to hiring a DJ!
