Some of the furniture is quite comfortable, which is a good thing as it certainly maintains a modern more or less minimalist style. I was slightly concerned by the reviews having never used Made before, and can only tell you about my experience, but for what it’s worth it was great. I went to the store before buying and had some really helpful assistance while there. They didn’t have the exact item I’d seen online (Kitto sofa bed), but were able to show me a similar one. I know a lot of items appeared as 6-8 week delivery, but as it turned out this had a 1 week estimate and actually arrived one day earlier than originally estimated. The delivery folk unpacked it and took away the packaging. I’m a week in and really happy with the sofa, and would happily use Made again. More...

Lovely and affordable furniture. The Birmingham Showroom has amazing staff that is always friendly and happy to help. My friend that was with me while visiting the Showroom ordered a sofa that was on a 4-6 week lead and she received it after only 3 weeks which she was very pleased about. Highly recommend :)

I am so glad I ordered this chair bed. It’s a gorgeous green velvet and looks really luxurious. It came flat packed but just needed the legs screwing on (it took 20 mins max to assemble). It feels sturdy and looks great in my room. The delivery was earlier than expected and very smooth. I would definitely recommend MADE to friends and family. More...

You should go here even if you can't afford anything. Just for the feeling. Imagine you're David Bowie and sit on softly lit designs that gently vibrate with clean style. Ask questions of the gently beautiful staff who all know everything about every piece right down to the size of each handle or the depth of each cushion. You wonder if she's flirting with you and you wish you were 20 years younger. A distant twinge of guilt dissipates into the quiet, cool, conditioned air. More...

Good experience, the showroom has an interesting dynamic. However it is not very intuitive.
The main feature of the showroom is the drawer wall.
They have an entire wall with drawers containing a picture of a furniture piece, plus a sample of the fabric or material used in it's manufacture. It is a good solution to show a vast range of products in a small space.
There are no price tags whatsoever, instead you have these black tags with a + sign in them. These can be scanned with tablets lended inside the store , that then redirect you to the showroom website providing you with info on the products and purchase and delivery options.
The staff is supportive, but it takes some time until you as a customer understand the experience described above.
