Deb is a fab PT and very friendly. I was in the early stages of pregnancy when I started with her and she adapted each workout to suit me, and made sure they were safe.
Every week was different and varied.
I highly recommend her.

I was worried that I would feel left out as probably one of the oldest ladies in the kettlebell class. But everyone has been so friendly & kind. I enjoy the class very much & definitely feel the benefit. So take the plunge & try it for yourself you won't be disappointed. More...

I was really nervous about doing PT sessions but deb was amazing had a long discussion on what I wanted to achieve and she made the perfect personal plan for me taking on-board wrist and back problems that I had all in her step. I would highly recommend her to anyone. More...

I have been exercising regularly for > 30 years, and thought I knew my stuff, but Deb changed the way I approached exercise with the right mix of strength, conditioning and HIIT to meet my objectives. I would definitely recommend Deb' s PT sessions. I was very nervous but met with Deb beforehand to talk about what i was looking for, which put me at ease. The sessions were different each week, which kept it interesting and were progressive so they got more challenging as my fitness improved. Been having sessions with Deb since last August, managed to lose weight in time to be a bridesmaid in October - back on track after a two week holiday followed by Christmas break but feeling motivated again. Deb always gives excellent support and advice and has even helped ease the guilt I feel when falling off the food wagon- we are all only human � highly recommend Deb as she will keep things interesting so you don’t get bored- never did the same things each week- she will keep you looking forward to the exercise � More...

Been Training with Deb for just over a year, she is a great PT! She understands my training needs and tailors the session to suit me.
At the moment we train in my house but as the weather gets warmer we will move to the garden, I love the flexibility of Deb coming to my house, it frees up my time.
I have definitely got stronger and have better core strength.
I would highly recommend Deb she’s Great.

Deb ran weekly conditioning sessions for us at Norton RFC throughout the summer. She has an excellent ability for goal specific exercise/intensity, whilst keeping the sessions inclusive, motivated and fit for all abilities.
A brilliant fitness professional with an extensive knowledge in her field and a great woman to train with.

Deb is a fantastic pt for busy working mums like me, she fits me in and works round my family every week. Even encourages my four year old to get involved.
Also her classes add to the perfect week of exercise and my weight loss has shown both on the scales and in my confidence.
I would highly recommend her for the motivation you need to finally hit what ever fitness goal you are chasing.
