Absolute ruthless scavengers who support the likes of Excell Parking / Parking Control Services of Sheffield in harassing, intimidating and extorting for alleged breaches of Parking contracts from approaching 6 years ago. This company work in collaboration with the other scum attempting with their threats and FRAUDULENT 'evidence' by taking action through the Kangaroo Courts who like the DVLA, profit too. This unscrupulous outfit were known for their escapades on TV, until it was quite rightly pulled. Despite what they purport, they have few powers and NO respect or morals. Brilliantly efficient! Had previously tired other firms to collect my debt, but the debtor was an experienced con man who would just lie and have things set up in his wife’s name, so he could rip people off. DCB were instructed, and experience certainly counts for a lot. Since using the easy online form to send the collection order to them, I received great news within a couple of weeks, they collected every penny owed. They quickly and professionally resolved a CCJ issue for me which had been a hindrance for a number of years. I had tried many ways of getting money from the highly elusive debtor, even using a competitor of DCB, all of which proved unsuccessful and overall was money wasted. Can not thank DCB Ltd enough ! Superb professional and delt with my claim very fast. Enforcement agent was assaulted but still recovered all my debt. I approached this Company to collect a debt for me. I obtained a CCJ against a local builder who had fobbed me off for 18 months ! ! Very professional , quick and a fantastic service provided by DCBL . I cannot thank them enough for the hard work , persistence and dedication in getting my money. After 5 failed attempts by county court enforcements i thought i would never see that money . DCBL was a last hope attempt , within 2 weeks of starting the process they called me to tell me they had collected my money in full from the debtor. Every call I made was met with polite, helpful staff members who had no trouble explaining the procedure (even though they must be asked it all the time). The agents that went out, thank you for skill and expertise that got payment in the end as I know it was touch and go. I cannot recommend you guys enough to anyone that needs your assistance.

I am writing to thank you for you efforts in this matter.
As a customer I was very pleased with the help and assistance you gave me and every person I spoke too was polite and very helpful.
As part of my first call to you I was looking for some guidance as how I could transfer my case to the High Court. You made it so easy as you did the work for me.
The collection was made quickly with no unnecessary delays.
I also thank you for taking part in the TV Series. Though I realise it is mainly entertainment I have also found it educational about High Court Sheriffs. In fact had I not watched the program I would not have known that to transfer our case to High Court and use Sheriffs to collect sum was an option, and in our case a better option.

Having never had to use this kind of service before I was extremely nervous and apprehensive, but EVERYONE at DCBL was incredibly helpful and patient. The whole process was very simple, the forms were easy to fill out and when phoning up with questions everyone I spoke to was clear and explained everything really well, in terms I could understand. Even though I consider myself an intelligent person, when dealing with terms you haven't come across it is always reassuring to have them explained clearly! They make the impossible happen. I really am, still in shock. They got my money back from The School of Natural Therapies whom I took them to the County Court over 2 years ago. I did all kinds of orders to get my money back, and they slipped out of everything. They just refused to pay. DCBL was my last resort and I was not optimistic. I sent them just not to give up. So when they contacted me, I was expecting to have to pay them the outstanding balance for non retrieval. DCBL sent me an email for my bank details. I ignored it. Absolutely fantastic. Garage had agreed to pay and then ignored judgement. Bypassed county court bailiffs and went straight to high court via DCB. They did everything and collected the full balance despite the garage trying to avoid paying at first. Would highly recommend them. More...
