I clearly have been missing out on the nice, on time, professional rides to and from the airport. Thankfully, I was able to book my ride within 24 hours to the airport. My flight was extremely early the next morning which meant that the driver would have to be here at some godforsaken hour. It didn't matter..... the driver was on time, extremely professional, communicated  effectively and got me to the airport, and all of my bags, on time. We did not use this car service on our trip to DC and Virginia over Christmas and New Years.Did give them four stars for customer service. We made airline reservations and had a red eye into Ronald Reagan.When we went to rent a car, the rental location would be closed when we arrived from the west coast at 1 am.So made reservations with DCAcar to pick us up at 1 am and take us to our hotel in Springfield, VA.  Then pick us up in the am at the hotel and drive us back to the car rental.We were able to, after much work with the airline get in to Ronald Reagan earlier.We cancelled our reservations with DCAcar with no problems.They we quick to respond to emails and answer question we had.Friendly customer service on the phone as well. The chauffeur was very nice, he met me at the baggage claim with my name on a nice portable screen. He helped me with my luggage and took care of uploading it into the trunk. I recently used DCAcar from and to Dulles Airport.  Patrick was my driver both times.  I was a bit late in my arrival, but Patrick texted me that he was waiting for me sign in hand.  On the return trip to the airport once again Patrick was texting me that he had arrived and was ready when I was.  The vehicle was very clean inside and out.  Awaiting me were bottles of drinking water and a charging cord for my iPhone.  Very convenient.Patrick was very cordial and most informative on both rides I took.  He was most professional in appearance and service.If I ever need car service when in DC again I will certainly contact DCAcar. Excellent service! This was my first time actually booking a ride to the airport. I normally get my husband to take me but he couldn't so I thought I'd give it a try. I saw the 5-star reviews here and decided to go with DCAcar. What an experience!The ride was smooth, the driver was friendly, the car was immaculate and they even had refreshments. DCAcar's service is fantastic! Since arriving to and from the DCA airport, I was greeted with a professional welcome and great service. What I most appreciated was their patience. Alex of DCAcar made our trip seamless on both ways. He was personable, attentive to the road and other drivers, and made both things seem effortless as we made our way through rush hour traffic from Baltimore to DC. He gave us the best first impression possible, and represented this company with honor and excellence. If we are ever in DC again, we are definitely using DCAcar again. I write this with the background of someone who has used other town car services elsewhere, often when traveling solo. My expectations of a car service pickup is that they're on time, the car is clean, the driver is talkative and friendly without being so at the expense of driving and paying attention, and that they load your bags into and out of the trunk with care. That's the base minimum. Having small water bottles in the back, offering to and then adjusting the front passenger seat so my tall husband had room for his legs, and not being so focused on being an informal tour guide was bonus.Alex exceeded those expectations with a smile, graciousness, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we were where we needed to be. I salute DCAcar for their exceptional service and professionalism. I got tired of driving to the airport (fighting traffic, finding parking, catching shuttles if you decided to park in the economy lot, etc. ) and decided to try a car service. After much searching and reading reviews I settled on DCAcar which had about a 90-95% approval rating among their former and current customers. This is astounding and says a lot to me because I'm a very detailed oriented person. My employees experience that character trait at least twice a week. Anyway, I went online and checked the prices from the most southern end of Prince William County Virginia to Reagan National Airport and found that their rates were comparable to other car services in the area (slightly higher than some others) so I decided to take the dive. The online reservation process was quick and extremely easy. Although you provide a credit card during the reservation process, your card is not charged until after your drop-off.  Prior to leaving I wanted to confirm our reservations. I emailed DCAcar and Davit Zakaryan, the Fleet Manager, answered me very quickly and confirmed my reservations. They will send you a reminder email and text, so I was worried for nothing.  On the day of departure, we had a 6:45am pick-up time. The driver (Mustapha) was on time to the minute. He called and let us know he was outside when we were ready. We locked up and he assisted with loading the luggage and getting us settled in the vehicle which was a suburban, immaculately clean and comfortable.  Mustapha was very friendly, courteous and professional. The drive to the airport was uneventful and we even got on the northbound express lanes which saved a ton of time that time of morning (height of rush hour in this area). Once we arrived Mustapha helped off-load the luggage, wished us a safe and happy trip and we were off.  Once we returned to Reagan, got off the plane and were headed to baggage claim I received a text from the driver (Zack). He told us he was there and to let us know when we got our bags and were ready. We got our bags and I texted him and told him what door we were exiting. He said he would be there in 5 minutes. He pulled up, helped us load our luggage, got us settled in the vehicle and we were off. Again, the vehicle was a suburban, immaculately clean and comfortable. Zack was very friendly, courteous and professional just like Mustapha. The ride home was uneventful and again we were on the express lanes, this time headed south which made the trip even shorter. We got home, Zack helped us unload the bags, wished us well and our trip ended. This was the best transportation service I have ever experienced. Not only are these guys professionals, they are nice and friendly which is a glowing testament to the business model of this company. I'm somewhat of a loyalist and when I find a service provider who is on point I stick with them. I will not use another car service but will stay exclusively with DCAcar. I have already recommended the service to several friends and colleagues. My word is my bond and I don't take that lightly. Without hesitation I highly recommend DCAcar to whomever is looking for a professional car service. If I could give them a plus(+) behind the 5 stars I wouldn't blink an eye.  Job well done DCAcar!! DCAcar was my first time hiring a car service from BWI instead of super shuttle, and they were well worth it. Super shuttle had 0 rides available when my morning flight got in, and DCAcar had reasonable prices for a direct private ride at the exact time I needed. Their driver was very prompt, extremely courteous and his car was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We had a nice but not intrusive conversation over the length of the ride and he took an alternate route and got me home just a little bit sooner - exactly what you want after an exhausting red eye flight. Tried DCA car service for the first time, and I'm sold. I commute somewhat regularly for business and leisure to D.C. area airports and train stations and live outside of the metro area and 95 traffic is a huge hassle, so this option is quite convenient and top quality. I've received service from two drivers (Dodzi and Mostafa) for a round trip day trip. Both gentlemen were very early for my appointment, extremely courteous, friendly, and professional.  I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates great service. Overall a great experience. Better than a taxi more expensive than UBer XL but worth it. They pick you up they find you drop you off and do a return. My daughter and her roommate recently needed transportation from their college in Annapolis to Union Station in Washington DC.  I received a quick quote online,  but followed up with questions on the phone which were quickly and cheerfully answered.  Price was extremely reasonable.  On the morning they were leaving,  the driver arrived on time ,  even early  a bit,  met them,  drove them safely to the train station.  Daughter was very pleased with the experience.  At the drop off,  my card was charged,  no  surprises,  exactly as quoted.  The entire experience was very pleasant and I am very happy.  DCAcar is reliable and just plain great!  Driver,  car,  owner,  every aspect!  Will be using often!  Thank you DCAcar! I wish there were 6 stars, or perhaps 10. I hired DCAcar to take my parents on a surprise tour of the DC area for their wedding anniversary, and DCAcar made the experience nothing less than spectacular. Not only did they nail all the usual stuff -- on time, courteous, careful drivers, etc. -- but they truly went above and beyond. My parents were greeted with red roses. The driver happily agreed to work beyond the time I had hired them for, and I got a polite email asking how to handle the payment. The credit card I originally booked the reservation on had expired, and DCAcar trusted me and continued the ride (without charging my parents), then followed up to resolve the issue. The end-to-end experience was as premium as one could imagine; I'm going to tell everyone I know about DCAcar, and I guarantee my parents will be talking about this company for the next 30 years. DCACar gave me sanity!!! I booked a SUV because I came back from a long-term overseas assignment with lots of luggage and my big dog in a crate. The driver met me at international arrivals and I easily found him. He looked super professional in his suit but did not hesitate with my heavy luggage or barking dog. He was super friendly, an easy conversationalist and dropped me off at my destination swiftly. He got all my luggage inside and made sure I was happy with everything. My reservation was made by my BIL but as soon as I turned on my phone upon landing at BWI, I had a text from the driver (Dodzi) alerting me that he was able to pick me up as soon as I confirmed I had my luggage and what door/ pick up area I was in. He showed up at the right door location to collect me in a very clean and well maintained SUV. It was a very comfortable ride and excellent driving that was smooth but efficient. That's saying a lot for someone who generally gets car sick when I'm not driving!  But the overall experience was enhanced even more through the conversation I had with Dodzi. I've used DCA twice now and they are prompt, polite, clean, and reasonably priced. You order online, they confirm by email, you lodge your payment info in advance including a tip if you'd like and boom! you're done. They show up on time, help load your luggage, adjust the car temp to your satisfaction and there's a bottle of water and mints waiting.  After three weeks of travel and coming back to 95 degree weather to BWI and having to find my way back to Alexandria it was SO much easier than any other transfer I've arranged. We had a very early international flight.  We didn't want to risk a taxi/Uber not showing up or the dreaded shuttle from the long term parking at Dulles Airport!  DCACar was fantastic!  They arrived 15 minutes early and texted me when they were outside.  Trip from our home in Arlington to Dulles was smooth and fast.  Return trip was in the evening on the 4th of July.  Our flight was an HOUR early into Dulles.  The driver was tracking us and was already at the airport.  We have Global Entry (and had let DCA Car know that) and cruised through immigration/ customs.  The driver had texted me his location at arrivals and was waiting for us with a sign.  The car was parked in front of the terminal and we had a quick, smooth ride home.  For both trips, we were picked up in an SUV that was spotless!  I've already recommended this company to friends.  I will definitely be using them again! This was the first time we decided to hire a service to pick us up & drop us off to/from the airport. It was the best decision we ever made. Making the reservation online was easy and although I paid when I made the reservation, I noticed I was billed after each service. The driver was punctual, friendly, & even remembered who we were a week later when he picked us up (& we got in really, really late). As soon as I landed & turned my phone on, I received a text that hecwould be waiting for us. Water was available to us on the ride to/from the airport, as well as mints.
