What do you love most about your job?
Personally, I can't wait to get to work every morning. Since our clients are all over the world, that rarely includes coming in to the office. I love the challenge of coming up with an amazing ad headline or a idea to create a documentary that moves people to think differently, or taking a stunning image that ends up on the cover of a magazine. I love the fact that every day is a new challenge and we have amazing clients who entrust us to rise to the occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It actually started as a college project. Arnelle Adcock was my advertising teacher at Freed Hardeman College back in the early 80's. She assigned us the task of finding a real client in town and doing real work. I figured if I was going to do that, I should get a real business license and make some real money... which is what I did. I fell in love with the process and, upon graduation, kicked it into high gear... well, maybe low gear for the first two years, then second gear... then high gear!
