Dave is a great all round builder and problem solver. Which means he'll get on with, and finish any job! He is tidy and all work is finished to a high standard. Also unbelievably Dave dose not drink tea. Yes a builder that does NOT drink tea! So he's more productive on site. Would highly recommend and I'm booking him again further down the line.... We've just had DC Property Improvements replace our very tired kitchen, including fitting all new cabinets, tiling, laminate flooring, plastering ceilings and decorating including hanging doors, painting and other woodwork. The standard Dave and his dad work to is very high - they were very punctual, friendly, kept us informed the entire time and always left the job clean and tidy at the end of each day. Our requirements were taken into consideration with advice given on materials to use. We were constantly kept informed on the progress of work and what would happen next, so disruption was at a minimum. The Front Porch is used as a utility area so the work had to be completed with several appliances still in place. As well as full decoration there was also a repair needed to part of the ceiling. Dave managed to work around the Freezer, Fridge and Washing Machine to achieve a complete transformation in colour and finish in a very short time. Likewise the Bedroom had to be completed with the bed still in the room. The change from a dull, tired looking room with old style wallpaper into a much brighter painted room has made the whole house feel improved. More work due next year for Dave to do. More...

Dave and Jim are great to work with. The works were done as I wanted. My house was always left clean at the end of each day. I would highly recommend DC Property Improvements. Both guys who worked at our house were helpful and polite, from quoting to finalising the work. They kept us informed of progress along the way and the plan of action for the day. They regularly tidied up after themselves during the course of the day, and were great at double checking everything was cleared away and tidy at the end of their working day.
