How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Firstly,check the surroundings, area and foundations. We always liaise with LABC and local planning. We never undertake works without relevant correct information / drawings and specifications to hand.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Architects and engineers - drawings and specification
Planning permission
Works can then progress from initial site survey / possible underpinning / piling and groundworks
Shell works - through to completion
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Liaise with local planning councils
Contact an architect and engineer
Get builder to cost works before you are committed to project

Sructural drawing send to steel supplier
Any planning permissions sorted
any party wall permissions permitted.
scaffolding erectd
prottection to areas concerned.
Any tin hats over roof erected

All internal works then undertaken
