DB Fitness Personal Training is an established health and fitness service which offers exclusive private training in Droitwich Spa & Birmingham. With no distractions from other gym users our studio provides the perfect environment to experience 1-1 personal training.

Here at DB Fitness we welcome any one of all ages, genders and ability levels who may have a specific health or fitness goal they feel they need professional guidance with in order to help them achieve. When I first started training with David I'd done quite a few charity sporting challenges, but I really struggled with staying motivated in between the events. This led to my fitness level and weight going up and down like a roller coaster and me never really progressing to where I wanted to be. The first session was tough but I was amazed how much I enjoyed it! It really helped me to stay motivated knowing that I'd made a commitment to go to the session and didn't want to let David down. The best thing about training with David is that in the 12 months I trained with him I don't think we ever repeated a session - it was always so varied and never boring! My fitness has improved massively and I've gone on to do bigger more challenging events that I wouldn't have even considered before. David has helped and encouraged me to make fitness an enjoyable, important part of my lifestyle - I've gone from a part time gym goer to fitness fanatic! David's a great guy, a good laugh and really cares about his client's progress - if you decide to train with David you won't regret it!

After a couple of years of training and not seeing the results I wanted, I decided to try out one of the DB fitness challenges. This gave me set weekly training and dietary plans. Not only did this help with watching what I was eating but it also gave me different training ideas for after the challenge had finished. I was really happy with the visible difference I had achieved in just 6 weeks. If I had any questions surrounding the plan, Dave would immediately respond to me.

I would definately recommend his services. Keep up the good work.

after years of attempting to "go it alone" I made one simple choice .
ask for some help

that's exactly what I did and dave was the ideal person for this . I didn't partake in any personal classes I was given dietary advice and a personal work out programme and the knowledge that if I worked hard and kept to this plan I would see the benefits

after 4weeks of following dates plans I lost 1st 3 . amazing and no matter what timw of day I would contact him he always got straight back to me. db fitness isn't just about sweating your bits off in a gym they help you change your lifestyle for the better so that when you are working your butt off your actually getting maximum benefit from it .

no matter what your looking for be it interesting 1-2-1 training or a helpful nudge to a better you these guys have it covered .

Monthly on-going sessions – £200.00 per month ( price based on two sessions per week, per month) ​( £25.00 per session) Monthly on-going sessions – £120.00 per month ( price based on 1 sessions per week, per month) ​( £30.00 per session) Block booking of 10 x 1 hour Personal Training Sessions – £350.00

Sports Performance

Whether you compete at a professional level, or you are an athlete who plays for your local team DB Fitness’s sports performance training will take your game to the next level. We all know the importance of that extra split second or yard of space over our opponents and it is these small differences that are the make or break between potentiality winning or losing. DB Fitness’s sports performance training focuses on rein-acting the realism of specific sports movements whilst developing physical attributes such as speed, power, coordination and agility. Prices starting from £35.00 per hour. (Dependent on destination and sessions per week. Discount available on block bookings.) Please contact a member of our team via the contact tab below.

Group Training

DB Fitness Personal Training offers group training and exercise sessions aimed to be inclusive of 2-4 people who will be trained together in sessions. Small group sessions are a great way to become fitter with friends and family. With only having a small number of clients each individual can be monitored and set goals in each session and still have the same results as a one to one session. Not only is this service just as effective as 1-1 sessions it is also more financially appealing as the costs can be spread between the group members who are involved. Prices: 2 Clients x 10 sessions £300.00 ( £150.00 each) 3 Clients x 10 sessions £350.00 (£116.60 each) 4 Clients x 10 sessions £400.00 ( £100.00 each)

Personal Programs

So…you don’t live in the West Midlands but seek our expertise? Financially you can’t afford one to one personal training sessions? Fear no more we have the solutions for you… Many people day after day sign up for a gym membership with good intentions and many unfortunately fail to see the results they desire. Often fitness establishments offer programmes to members which are usually very generic and not personal to the individual them selves or in some cases they do not offer any programmes entirely. Here at DB Fitness & Nutrition we have a range of personal exercise packages which are designed and implemented by head trainer David Burtoft; all of our programmes are accessible to any one no matter where you live in the world. We have worked with clients from the U.K, USA, Europe and even as far as Australia. Please feel free to check out an example of a client training and nutrition plan. ( Please be aware this is just a short bite size of an actual prescibed programme so exercises, macronutrients and portion sizes will vary depending on each client)
