Not a contractor as far as I have seen. If you want drama or major problems, hire Dave!

We have had Dave do two projects for us in our home.. He's reliable, does a great job, and reasonably priced. We have more projects for him to do in the coming months. thanks Dave!

East Hampton, CT

Dave and another carpenter fixed doors in our house, replaced trim, sanded and restained our bay window, and a whole variety of other stuff that I've been meaning to do but if I did it myself I'd bungle. He came out promptly, pricing was very reasonable, and was super easy to work with. The work was done in less that 2 days. I'd definitely use DB Carpentry in the future. More...

D.B.Carpentry works hard ,has fair prices and was very courteous. They explain everything there doing and make the customer feel comfortable..They also gave money back from material refunds ..I will use them again !! More...

Typically, garage conversions will cost more if the original structure is unsound. If you are going to spend a lot of money stabilising the building, knocking the original garage down and building from scratch might be cheaper.

Another factor to consider when costing garage conversions is the perceived value that it will add to your home. Check the value of houses in your area, if there is little off-road parking, homes with garages might be valued higher than those without. Unless the added space is vital, don’t run the risk of reducing the value of your own home.

Partial garage conversions should cost less, but not by much. Fewer materials will be needed, but services, such as electrics and plumbing, will still have to be installed and budgeted for. you'll want to make sure that tyhe original garage is stable roof joist walls plates etc.

I have been in business for 22 years as a professional enjoying residential carpentry for people in the mass /ri area

I guarantee free repairs for up to 1 year or if anything needs repairs.

I like helping and pleasing customers I like the feeling I get when there happy.

Well I went to school for it and then did something else for years and while i was with my fiance I one day said im going to start my own Home Improvement buisness and have been doing so since 1997
