I am not one to write a negative review as I am usually pretty understanding, but the interaction we had with one of the managers/owners from this company has left us extremely dissatisfied.
We recently moved into a new home that was left quite dirty and needed a good deep clean. We found Daytime Domestic Services and had one of their employees come out. We booked 4 hours as we wanted someone to focus on the main living areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, etc. The woman came in and cleaned for roughly 3 hours and said she had completed everything on our list. We did a quick walk through with her and had noticed some areas that were basically untouched. Although a little unhappy at first inspection, we had decided to tell her that the 3 hours was enough and she was good to go (I should note that we asked her if we would still be charged for the full 4 hours or receive money back for the 4th hour if she didn’t stay, and she told us to call and they would send us money back for the 4th hour). We felt as though it was uncomfortable and unnecessary to point out the areas that were not properly cleaned, as we would just clean them ourselves instead of paying for the additional hour and still potentially be left unsatisfied. We are unsure as to whether she just did not put much effort in, or did not have the right supplies as she arrived with a broom, swiffer, pinesol and vim. (Although we are unhappy with how clean everything was, she was a very nice girl and this review is more aimed at the company and not her as an individual) After she had left we began to notice more and more areas that were not very clean, or were completely untouched. We had reached out to our person of contact for this company just explaining our disappointment and then received a call from Bob Dilts. Bob immediately started the conversation by basically trying to assert dominance. He was extremely condescending, going on and on about his personal/professional achievements, at one point talking about all of the homes he had owned in London. We felt he was VERY unprofessional and continuously tried to steer the conversation in his favour. He kept going on about how we got a “good deal” as it is a holiday, and should’ve been charged a premium rate. We had explained that we were not asking for any money back from the 3 hours his employee spent cleaning, we were just simply trying to explain our dissatisfaction. His customer service was APPALLING. The phone conversation with him was pointless and lasted over 30+ minutes. There was a miscommunication between our person of contact and us regarding preparation for cleaning, and he refused to acknowledge this could have been an error on their end and kept trying to place the blame solely on us. This was a truly bad experience all around, and we will not be using or recommending this company.
* I wrote this review yesterday and waited to post it until we received our money back for the additional hour we did not use the services, as it would not surprise me if Bob decided to withhold our money due to a bad review. I did not need to wait as apparently Bob “changed his mind” and is refusing to send us our money. The fact that this business is still currently running under someone who acts this way is beyond perplexing. If you’re ever looking for a cleaning service, I HIGHLY recommend you avoid this company at all costs, it is a complete waste of time and money.
EDIT: After continuously trying to get a hold of him in attempt to get our money back for the unused hour, we were finally successful after yet another painful and frustrating conversation.

Mary Ann came to my home. I had been unable to do my house cleaning as I have mobility problems. She was very sensitive to my emotional state.
She and I went through our home and she explained what she would do and what I expected. We approached this as equals working together to achieve a common objective , each in our own roles. I came home to a remarkable change in my home and I felt so much better.Her knowledge base was extraordinary which she shared in a straight forward and sensitive manner. A great learning experience for me. She exuded trust worthiness and honesty. It was wonderful to meet this remarkable woman.

Janet and Trish were fantastic! They texted me to let me know they were on their way for their first visit and are dog lovers! This is perfect for my family because I have two big and rambunctious dogs. I was worried about hiring a cleaning service who would be comfortable with dogs but Janet and Trish have their own, and it's quite obvious they enjoy the company of four legged friends. They focused on my main floor (living room and kitchen), and did a VERY thorough job. I've never seen my faucet sparkle before and they were able to get out some very tough stains on my white counter top. They were punctual, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I contacted Daytime Domestics to use a gift card I had received from girlfriends. JoAnne was quick to get back to me and sent over Tammy and Vanessa to give my house a spring cleaning. They worked efficiently and effectively and my house has not been this clean in a long time. I was home with a sick toddler at the time too, but the girls were very accommodating. Dana & Leah came to clean my place that has been neglected for awhile due to health and work issues. Joanne was very kind and considerate working around my schedule. They did a 4 hour "deep cleaning" which took care of everything I'd asked for. They managed to get stains off of my fridge that I didn't even think could come off! My bathtub was sparkling.
